Ιδρυτικά μέλη είναι η πλειοψηφία των εργαζομένων στον Όμιλο INTERLIFE, ενώ αναμένεται η υπουργική απόφαση της ίδρυσης και η δημοσίευση στο ΦΕΚ.
Σκοπός του ΤΕΑ INTERLIFE είναι η χορήγηση στους ασφαλισμένους, επαγγελματικής ασφαλιστικής προστασίας, πέραν της παρεχόμενης από την υποχρεωτική κοινωνική ασφάλιση και συγκεκριμένα Συνταξιοδοτική παροχή εφάπαξ ποσού.

now open for
scuba diving
A new frontier is opening in Greece for archaeology lovers—under the sea.
There are dozens and dozens of ancient submerged shipwrecks along the Greek coast, generally accessible to archaeologists but not the public. That all changes with the opening of the Peristera shipwreck near Alonissos, an island in the Aegean. The wreck, the remains of a cargo vessel that sank in the 5th century BC while carrying pottery and possibly wine, is one of four sites that a European Commission program has cleared for recreational divers.
Dives are being limited to a select few spots. Scuba diving was mostly banned throughout Greece for years, out of fear of divers destroying priceless historical sites.
These photos from April 7 show one of the first excursions to the Peristera wreck and the underwater bounty that was largely out of public sight for millennia.

«Περίπατος Ευχών» με το «Make-A-Wish» σήμερα στη Νέα Παραλία!
Ο φιλανθρωπικός οργανισμός «Make-A-Wish» («Κάνε-Μια-Ευχή Ελλάδος») γιορτάζει την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Ευχής σήμερα Σάββατο 20 Απριλίου μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα παραρτήματά του σε 50 χώρες σε όλο τον κόσμο.
Σήμερα το «Make-A-Wish» διοργανώνει τον πιο φωτεινό Περίπατο Ευχών, στη Νέα Παραλία Θεσσαλονίκης, υπό την αιγίδα της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας και καλεί τον κόσμο να φορέσει κάτι μπλε και να περπατήσει μαζί με τους φίλους και υποστηρικτές του, γιορτάζοντας την εκπλήρωση της πρώτης Ευχής, του Chris, που στις 29 Απριλίου 1980 έγινε αστυνομικό για μια ημέρα και αποτέλεσε πηγή έμπνευσης για τη δημιουργία του οργανισμού «Make-A-Wish».
Ο Περίπατος Ευχών της Θεσσαλονίκης θα ξεκινήσει σήμερα από το Μέγαρο Μουσικής Θεσσαλονίκης, στις 7 το απόγευμα, με σημείο τερματισμού τις Ομπρέλες του Ζογγολόπουλου, οι οποίες θα φωταγωγηθούν συμβολικά στα μπλε. Το «Make-A-Wish» στέλνει το πιο αισιόδοξο μήνυμα, συμβάλλοντας στην εκπλήρωση ευχών παιδιών που πάσχουν από πολύ σοβαρές ασθένειες. Παράλληλα με τον Περίπατο Ευχών, θα πραγματοποιηθούν εκδηλώσεις εορτασμού κατά την εκκίνηση και τον τερματισμό.

Will Hollywood Forgive Felicity Huffman (and Lori Loughlin)?It’s Friday, and I’m wondering if I’ve ever written anything that needs to be redacted. Greetings from Los Angeles, where we are pulling ourselves away from the Mueller report to understand Netflix’s thinking on all things Felicity Huffman,examining the W.G.A. battle from a different angle, celebrating the demons of Bob Fosse, and processing the unique perspective of Egyptian-American comedian Ramy Youssef. Whither Felicity? After Felicity Huffman became enmeshed in the college-admissions cheating scandal, Netflix could have easily picked up her upcoming movie Otherhood, originally due out next Friday, and buried it somewhere deep in its catalogue (maybe somewhere between Yu-Gi-Oh! and Roger Corman’s Death Race 2050). Instead, last week, the company simply pushed back the film to later this summer, and gave it a firm release date—August 2. The maneuvering around the film, helmed by Sex and the Cityexecutive producer Cindy Chupack, has provided an interesting glimpse into how Hollywood deals with the business ramifications of scandal.
According to a source, Netflix’s decision to firm up a new date for the comedy, which co-stars Angela Bassett and Patricia Arquette, was made before Huffman’s recent statement that she intends to plead guilty to charges that she paid $15,000 for a proctor to correct her daughter’s SAT. Huffman’s decision to show contrition only bolsters her chances for a good, old-fashioned Hollywood redemption story. And, according to the crisis P.R. exec I spoke to, she’s taking a page out of the playbook of one of the best: Martha Stewart. Meanwhile, Lori Loughlin is maintaining her innocence, and may be hurting her career as a result. “Felicity is setting herself up to be rehabilitated,” said the crisis vet. “Lori is digging in, claiming innocence and ruining her value down the road.” After all, in the Trump era, who’s going to remember the college cheating scandal at all come August 2—or the Mueller report for that matter? Many a backstage gem came of the talk, but here’s our favorite: the show’s genesis came when co-executive producer Lin-Manuel Miranda picked up Fosse, the biography written by his former Wesleyan classmate Sam Wasson, and tossed it to Hamilton director Tommy Kail. Rockwell also divulged how hard it is to play a character from history: “It is like having a second job when you do a real person. You have a dialect coach for the accent. According to our critics, the surest thing to tune in to is Homecoming, Beyoncé’s documentary about her 2018 appearance at Coachella, and what it took to get there. Beyoncé is credited with writing, directing, and executive-producing the movie, which delves into the struggles she went through to get back in shape after a difficult pregnancy and a C-section. But as critic K. Austin Collins writes, even with all that access, Beyoncé remains somewhat unknowable: “Even as the artist brings us close—even as she deploys aesthetics of intimacy, with grainy images like something out of an 8-mm family archive and confessions that sound delivered to us personally, as if over a late-night call with a dear friend—we can only get so close.” Read his full review here. Netflix is commemorating the day with the release of Grass Is Greener, a new documentary film from hip-hop legend Fab 5 Freddy. As Dan Adler reports, the doc explores the ways people of color have been disproportionately targeted by the criminalization of the drug while simultaneously being cut out of the legal marijuana business. Says the former host of Yo! MTV Raps: “A lot of people of color have been targeted by the police across the country for decades for cannabis prosecution. People who have been convicted can’t participate in the business most of the time, which are the people that pioneered it as a business.” For more, click here. New Obsession Egyptian-American comedian Ramy Youssef is a conundrum of sorts: a modern-day twentysomething trying to make it in comedy as a practicing Muslim. He’s captured the experience in a new 10-part series from Hulu, called Ramy, which bows today on the streaming service. The series stars Youssef as a heightened version of himself, tackling the issues of love, sex, and friendship while trying to remain pious. Saraiya calls the show “an earnest exploration of Muslim identity that at times runs toward saccharine; one gets the impression that the show, mindful that the mere act of being Muslim in America is provocative, has carefully neutered itself of anger. But Ramy makes up for this with an unflinching, transgressive portrait of American Islam, one that holds both its traditions and its deviations from tradition in the same embrace.” |

Αλλά και για όσοι θέλουν να «τσιμπήσουν» κάτι ή να μοιραστούν μικρά πιάτα με μεζέδες και ποικιλίες κρεατικών μπορούν να επιλέξουν από το ευέλικτο μενού του Μπακάλ by Elia Lemoni και να ζήσουν μια παρεΐστικη εμπειρία καλού φαγητού.
Εδώ όλα είναι χειροποίητα. Το ψωμί, τα πιτάκια, η μπουγάτσα, όλα ψήνονται στον πετρόφουρνο. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τα επιδόρπια. Νόστιμα και πλούσια σε ποσότητα για να κλείσετε το γεύμα με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.

Τη γνωρίσαμε πρόσφατα και μας άφησε τις καλύτερες γευστικές εντυπώσεις. Pizza φτιαγμένη με μεράκι, ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα για τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται και μια ενδιαφέρουσα ιστορία πίσω από την τεχνική της.
Μπορεί μια πιτσαρία να βρίσκεται μέσα σε ένα ήδη γνωστό και πολυσύχναστο σημείο της Θεσσαλονίκης; Μπορεί. Αυτό συμβαίνει εντός του Plaisir Café-Patisserie της Τριανδρίας, όπου η γνωστή ποιότητα και φροντίδα για τα τόσα αλμυρά και γλυκά εδέσματα ήρθε να συναντήσει και την πίτσα. Έτσι προέκυψε η Pazzi Pizza, αλλά έχει ενδιαφέρον και η ιστορία της. Μία Ελληνίδα, που ζούσε στο Detroit των ΗΠΑ και είχε πιτσαρία μαζί με τον θείο της, μετακόμισε στη Θεσσαλονίκη και έφερε μαζί της τη συνταγή για τη ζύμη και την αγάπη της για τη νόστιμη πίτσα.
Η ζύμη είναι αργής, φυσικής ωρίμανσης, κάτι που θα καταλάβετε με την πρώτη μπουκιά, και παρασκευάζεται με πολύ καλής ποιότητας αλεύρι. Επίσης, η πίτσα ψήνεται σε φούρνο με πέτρα, γεγονός που ενισχύει τη γεύση, αλλά και συμβάλλει ώστε η ζύμη να είναι τραγανή απέξω και αφράτη στο εσωτερικό.
Θα την απολαύσετε σε δύο είδη ζύμης και σε τρία μεγέθη
Η Pazzi Pizza, λοιπόν, σερβίρεται σε δύο είδη ζύμης και σε τρία μεγέθη. Τη λεπτή ζύμη, που παραπέμπει στην Ιταλική εκδοχή, και την αφράτη, που έχει περισσότερο πάχος αλλά εξίσου γεμάτη γεύση. Όσο για τα μεγέθη, μπορείτε να επιλέξετε τη Γίγας, την Οικογενειακή και την Παιδική, που συνοδεύεται από χυμό και ένα παιχνιδάκι για τους μικρούς φίλους της πίτσας.
Μία ακόμη επιλογή είναι και η «σκεπαστή», τύπου καλτσόνε. Φυσικά, μπορείτε, να επιλέξετε και κομμάτι πίτσα, ώστε να δοκιμάσετε περισσότερες επιλογές. Μπορείτε να την απολαύσετε στο κατάστημα, να την πάρετε take away, αλλά και να έρθει στον χώρο σας με delivery (07:30 – 23:30).
Τι δοκιμάσαμε εμείς
Ας δούμε, όμως, τους συνδυασμούς υλικών που προτείνει η Pazzi Pizza. Εμείς ξεκινήσαμε με μια απλή Μαργαρίτα (σάλτσα ντομάτας, μοτσαρέλα), κάτι που κάνουμε σε κάθε δοκιμή για να έχουμε καλύτερη εντύπωση για τη ζύμη και τη σάλτσα. Εκτός από την εξαιρετική ζύμη είναι πολύ νόστιμη και η σάλτσα, βασικό συστατικό για όποιο υλικό κι αν προστεθεί έπειτα.
Από τις υπόλοιπες προτάσεις, εκτός από την κλασσική special, καλή ιδέα είναι η πίτσα με κοτόπουλο, λευκή σάλτσα και καλαμπόκι, αλλά και η Ελληνική, με ελιές, τοματίνια πιπεριά και φέτα. Για όσους προσέχουν τις θερμίδες, προτείνουμε τη διαίτης με τυρί Milner, γαλοπούλα, φρέσκα μανιτάρια champignon και πιπεριές, ενώ για τους χορτοφάγους και vegans υπάρχει και επιλογή με φυτικό τυρί, φρέσκα μανιτάρια champignon, τομάτα και πιπεριές.
Από τις υπόλοιπες προτάσεις, εκτός από την κλασσική special, καλή ιδέα είναι η πίτσα με κοτόπουλο, λευκή σάλτσα και καλαμπόκι, αλλά και η Ελληνική, με ελιές, τοματίνια πιπεριά και φέτα. Για όσους προσέχουν τις θερμίδες, προτείνουμε τη διαίτης με τυρί Milner, γαλοπούλα, φρέσκα μανιτάρια champignon και πιπεριές, ενώ για τους χορτοφάγους και vegans υπάρχει και επιλογή με φυτικό τυρί, φρέσκα μανιτάρια champignon, τομάτα και πιπεριές.
Δύο ακόμη κατηγορίες του καταλόγου δεν πέρασαν απαρατήρητες. Είναι οι Premium και οι Sweet Pizzas. Στις Premium θα βρείτε επιλογή με προσούτο, αλλά και την Queen Margarita, με φρέσκια μοτσαρέλα, ενώ στις Sweet, η ζύμη συναντά συνθέσεις με πραλίνα φουντουκιού Merenda, λευκή πραλίνα και φράουλα ή μπανάνα.
Το μενού συμπληρώνεται από σαλάτες και τέσσερις προτάσεις ζυμαρικών και εμείς είμαστε σίγουροι ότι όποια επιλογή και να κάνετε θα είναι χορταστική, απολαυστική, πάντα σε καλές τιμές και πάντα σερβιρισμένη με τον πλέον φιλικό τρόπο.

Ένα πανέμορφο κτίριο της Οθωμανικής περιόδου, φιλοξενεί ένα από τα ωραιότερα και πιο μυστηριακά cafe-bars, το Αίγλη Υeni Hamam. Λέγεται ότι χτίστηκε το τελευταίο τέταρτο του 16ουαιώνα από τον κάτοχο πολλών ακινήτων της πόλης, Χουσρέφ Κεντχουντά, ο οποίος διατελούσε χρέη διαχειριστή, για λογαριασμό του Βεζύρη Σοκολού Μεχμέτ πασά. Κατά τη διάρκεια των χρόνων, οι λειτουργίες του πολλές. Μέχρι το 1912, δικαίωσε το σημερινό όνομά του, κυριαρχώντας ως διπλό λουτρό, με ξεχωριστά διαμερίσματα για άνδρες και γυναίκες. Ενώ πιο πρόσφατα, μέχρι και το 1978, λειτουργούσε ως θερινός κινηματογράφος και συναυλιακός χώρος. Σήμερα, στεγάζει ένα από τα πιο ατμοσφαιρικά και σύγχρονα art deco στέκια.

Το 1904, το μεγαλοπρεπές κτίριο, όπου στεγάζεται σήμερα το Λαογραφικό Μουσείο της Θεσσαλονίκη, πέρασε στην ιδιοκτησία του γνωστού Γιακό Μοδιάνο, ενώ μερικά χρόνια νωρίτερα αποτέλεσε κατοικία του Ελληνομαλτέζου Κάρολου Ασλάν. Σήμερα, το διατηρητέο κτίριο, αποτελεί ένα από τα πιο όμορφα οικοδομήματα της πόλης, αφού προσφέρει μια εξαιρετική θέα στη παραλία και έναν εντυπωσιακό, φιλόξενο κήπο, ιδανικό για πρωινές ανοιξιάτικες συναντήσεις με καλό καφέ. Αφού βέβαια πρώτα απολαύσετε τις υπέροχες εκθέσεις του.

Το 1924, δημιουργήθηκε το εμπορικό κέντρο, εν ονόματι Μέγαρο Μάλαχ, όπου σήμερα στεγάζει το γνωστό bar-restaurant Μandon. Πρόκειται για ένα αρχιτεκτονικό κομψοτέχνημα, το οποίο σχεδιάστηκε από τον αρχιτέκτονα Pleyber, σε συνεργασία με τον Fernandez και αποτελεί ιδιοκτησία των οικογενειών Καραδήμου, Σταμούλη και Μαλλάχ. Το πιο εντυπωσιακό και χαρακτηριστικό σημείο του κτιρίου είναι η στρογγυλεμένη γωνιακή απόληξη των όψεων, καθώς και η στέγαση της με τρούλο. Άλλωστε, είναι από τα λίγα κτίρια εκείνης της εποχής που δεν έχει αίθριο ή κάποιο άλλο άνοιγμα, καθιστώντας το, ένα διαχρονικό σύμβολο του κέντρου, μέχρι και σήμερα.

Πρόκειται για ένα κτίριο-«κόσμημα», που βρίσκεται στην περίφημη οδό Ικτίνου, στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Η ιστορία του πάει πολύ πίσω, κοντά στο 1938, όπου και πρωτοχτίστηκε λίγο πριν το πόλεμο -ο οποίος ευτυχώς δεν συντέλεσε στην καταστροφή του. Το 1990, στεγάζει το μέγαρο Ηλία Ηλιάδη, που αποτελεί κομβικό σημείο για τις περίφημες εξόδους των ανθρώπων της εποχής. Σήμερα, στον πρώτο όροφο, φιλοξενεί το παραμυθένιο καφέ Διατηρητέο, ενώ μεταμορφώνεται συνεχώς, αναδεικνύοντας την αδιάλειπτη σύγχρονη μορφή του.

Ένα από τα πιο σύγχρονα αναγεννησιακά αριστουργήματα της Λεωφόρου Βασιλίσσης Όλγας, δημιουργεί νέο παλμό. Στο διατηρητέο κτίριο που βρίσκεται για χρόνια εκεί, φιλοξενείται εδώ και λίγο καιρό το περίφημο café - bar - restaurant Casabanca. Χαρακτηρισμένο ως ένα έργο τέχνης, τη συγκεκριμένη βίλα έχτισε το 1888, ο αρχιτέκτονας Frederic Charnot ονομάζοντας τη Βίλα Λεβή Μοδιάνο και Θέμελη, η οποία αποτέλεσε μια πανέμορφη εξοχική κατοικία της εποχής. Το 1926, πέρασε στα χέρια της οικογένειας Μιχαηλίδη, που έμεινε στο εσωτερικό της, μέχρι την ενοικίαση της από μια τράπεζα, η οποία συνέβαλε στην επισκευή της.

Η προϊστορία του συγκεκριμένου κτιρίου της οδού Μελενίκου, ξεκινούν ήδη από το 1912. Το οικοδόμημα συνδέεται άμεσα με την έξοδο των Τούρκων από την πόλη και την καταστροφή μέρους των ιστορικών τειχών της Θεσσαλονίκης. Το ευφάνταστο όνομα Tabya σημαίνει οχύρωμα στα τούρκικα και συνδέεται άμεσα με την τοποθεσία του ιστορικού κτιρίου παράλληλα με το ανατολικό τείχος. Από το 2014 και μέχρι σήμερα, φιλοξενεί ένα γραφικό καφέ, ιδανικό για τους λάτρεις της τέχνης και του διαβάσματος.

Μία από τις πιο αγαπημένες μπάντες του ελληνικού κοινού, επιστρέφουν στη Θεσσαλονίκη, λίγο μετά την κυκλοφορία του τελευταίου και χαρακτηρισμένου ως «καλύτερου» album τους από πολλούς, «Living In Extraordinary Times». Το συγκρότημα από το Manchester, θα εμφανιστεί στις αρχές του καλοκαιριού στην πόλη μας, τραγουδώντας όλες τις μεγάλες επιτυχίες του, όπως το «Getting Away With It (All Messed Up)» και το «Say Something». Ανοιχτά παράθυρα, κουρτίνες που τις παίρνει ο αέρας, κόσμος με χαμόγελα αισιοδοξίας μεταφέρουν αυτόματα τη σκέψη σας κάπου μακριά. Έτσι, εάν και εσείς είστε λάτρεις του ρομαντικού και αιώνιοι κυνηγοί της διαφορετικότητας, σε μια εποχή που όλα αλλάζουν, το μόνο που έχετε να κάνετε είναι να απολαύσετε μερικές γαστρονομικές προτάσεις με γεύσεις και αρώματα από άλλη εποχή. Με την ιστορία του να ξεκινάει το έτος 1914 στην οδό Πλάτωνος και με την τωρινή του τοποθεσία να υφίσταται από τη δεκαετία του 60, οι gourmet προτάσεις των -πλέον- ελληνικών φαγητών που θα δοκιμάσετε θα σας ενθουσιάσουν. Η χαρακτηριστική γωνία που γεμίζει τη γειτονιά γέλια και φωνές, βρίσκει τα ανοιξιάτικα τραπέζια γεμάτα ζευγάρια, παρέες και καλλιτέχνες που θέλουν να κλέψουν λίγη από την αίγλη της γειτονίας. Ένα μυστικό "κουτούκι"για το οποίο είναι περήφανη η Θεσσαλονίκη είναι η Νέα Φωλιά. Αυτό το εναλλακτικό μαγαζί, στην οδό Αριστομένους, που παραμένει ανοιχτό για τους λίγους που γνωρίζουν τα καλύτερα στέκια στην πόλη αποτελεί την επιτομή της παραδοσιακής διακόσμησης σε συνδυασμό με τη μοναδική γεύση. Με ένα παλιό juke box, με λευκά μαρμάρινα τραπέζια, με ράφια μπακάλικου και με ένα μωσαϊκό στο πάτωμα που θυμίζει την πόλη αυτή την εποχή του 1960, σερβίρει καθημερινά γεύσεις που εντυπωσιάζουν ακόμη και τον πιο απαιτητικό με τα προσεκτικά επιλεγμένα προϊόντα να δίνουν το δικό τους στίγμα. Μάλιστα, το χύμα βιολογικό κρασί δένει υπέροχα με την κάθε σας επιλογή. Δοκιμάστε τα εξαιρετικά φαλάφελ και πείτε το "ναι"σε μια ποικιλία τυριών.
Ουζερί Τσινάρι
Χαμένο στα στενά της Άνω Πόλης, το Τσινάρι, στην οδό Αλεξάνδρας Παπαδοπούλου, παραμένει από τα τέλη του 19ου αιώνα η απόδειξη πως η αυθεντικότητα είναι απόλυτα διαχρονική. Με την ιστορία του να μπλέκεται με την Τουρκοκρατία και τον αναλλοίωτο χαρακτήρα του να παραδίδει μαθήματα αισθητικής και γεύσης, το ουζερί αυτό σερβίρει καθημερινά μεζέδες που θα σας ενθουσιάσουν. Χειροποίητα ντολμαδάκια, ανοιχτή σαρδέλα στη σχάρα καθώς και κυδώνι ψητό γίνονται ανάρπαστα! Ένα μαγαζί που συνδυάζει υπέροχα την έννοια της pop-culture με το παλιό και δένει το εξωτερικό του μπλε με τους κίτρινους εσωτερικούς τοίχους. Θα σας παρασύρει στο δικό του χορό και θα σας κάνει φανατικούς θαμώνες... από την πρώτη δοκιμή!
Σέμπρικο
Δυτικά του κέντρου, υπάρχει ένα μέρος στο οποίο για να πάτε θα πρέπει να έχετε εξασφαλίσει τη θέση σας από πριν! Το Σέμπρικο, στην οδό Φράγκων, ένα εστιατόριο που θυμίζει μπακάλικο με μεζέδες και πιάτα που υπογράφουν με gourmet τρόπο τις ελληνικές γεύσεις, είναι το απόλυτο place to be! Εδώ, κάθε πιάτο αποτελεί ύμνο στη μεσογειακή κουζίνα με τα τοπικά προϊόντα να σκιαγραφούν την επιτυχία της γεύσης. Σας συστήνουμε, χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη, τη μοσχαρίσια μπριζόλα στη σχάρα καθώς και τις σαλάτες που θυμίζουν πανδαισία. Φυσικά, οι εκπλήξεις δε σταματούν εδώ αφού το ζυμωμένο ψωμί με προζύμι δίνει σε κάθε επισκέπτη την αίσθηση πως στο χώρο αυτό που "προστατεύεται"από τα κάστρα που τον πλαισιώνουν θα ανακαλύψει την πιο γευστική εκδοχή της παραδοσιακή κουζίνας που μεταφέρει σε μιαν άλλη εποχή.
