 την άνοιξη του 2019 πρεμιέρα αναμένεται να κάνουν το Βlue Bottle Suite, στη συμβολή των οδών Δραγούμη και Φιλίππου. Σε εξέλιξη βρίσκονται οι εργασίες για το πεντάστερο boutique hotel «Όλυμπος-Νάουσα» από τη Grivalia και τον ξενοδοχειακό όμιλο Τορνιβούκα καθώς και για το επίσης πεντάστερο Olympion City Hotel της οικογένειας Αντώνη Δούδου στον πεζόδρομο της Καλαποθάκη.

Στο μεταξύ, δυναμικά στον κλάδο του τουρισμού μπαίνει η Μηχανική Περιβάλλοντος ΑΕ, η οποία θα δημιουργήσει ξενοδοχείο στα ημιτελή οκταώροφα δίδυμα κτίρια της οδού Βασιλέως Ηρακλείου. Η εταιρεία που απέκτησε το άλλοτε ακίνητο της «Δομοτεχνικής», όταν εκπλειστηριάστηκε από τράπεζα, κατέληξε, βλέποντας την κινητικότητα που καταγράφεται για το τουριστικό προϊόν, στην απόφαση δημιουργίας ξενοδοχείου.

Η «Μηχανική Περιβάλλοντος βρίσκεται, ήδη σε επαφές με εταιρείες που εξειδικεύονται στην ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση ξενοδοχειακών μονάδων.

Στο σφυρί ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες

Πάντως όπως όλα δείχνουν, ακόμη και για τη ναυαρχίδα της οικονομίας, τον τουρισμό, η όψη του νομίσματος είναι διπλή. Από τη μια η κινητικότητα για συμφωνίες και η δημιουργία νέων projects και από την άλλη ξενοδοχεια που βγαίνουν στο σφυρί. Χαρακτηριστική είναι η περίπτωση του νεοκλασικού ακινήτου που στέγαζε το Zaliki Boutique Hotel και βρίσκεται στο νούμερο 6, της ομώνυμης οδού, στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, αποτέλεσε πόλο έλξης, λόγω και της θέσης του, για τους τουρίστες. Ωστόσο, το ενοίκιο αποδείχθηκε ασύμφορο για τον επιχειρηματία που το μίσθωσε, με αποτέλεσμα να το εγκαταλείψει.

Η Αlpha Bank, στα χέρια της οποίας είχε περάσει το ακίνητο πριν μερικά χρόνια, προχωρά, πλέον, στη διαδικασία πώλησης του ακινήτου, αναζητώντας τον επόμενο ιδιοκτήτη, ο οποίος θα αποφασίσει ποια θα είναι η επόμενη ημέρα του ακινήτου.

Έρχεται στην Αθήνα το πρώτο foodie ξενοδοχείο στον κόσμο

Στο κέντρο, υπάρχει ένας καταπληκτικός δίσκος που απεικονίζει τις ηπείρους και τους ωκεανούς και περιφερειακά του ακόμα ένας με τα ονόματα διαφόρων πόλεων. Τελος, περιμετρικά του πλατό, υπάρχουν οι γνωστές ενδείξεις της ώρας και τα υπόλοιπα λειτουργικά (σημάνσεις κλπ.). 1964, The Beatles started a seven week run at No.1 on the US singles chart with 'I Want To Hold Your Hand', the first US No.1 by a UK act since The Tornadoes 'Telstar' in 1962 and the first of three consecutive No.1's from the group.

1965, At the Arthur Smith Studios in Charlotte, North Carolina, James Brownrecorded 'Papa's Got A Brand New Bag', which will reach No.8 on the Billboard Pop chart and No.1 on the R&B chart the following August and later win a Grammy Award for Best Rhythm and Blues Recording.

1967, At Abbey Road studios in London, The Beatles started work on a new song 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'. It wasn't until The Beatles had recorded the song that Paul McCartney had the idea to make the song the thematic pivot for their forthcoming album.

1967, Pink Floyd spent the day recording parts for the Syd Barrett  songs 'Arnold Layne' and 'Candy And A Current Bun' at Sound Techniques Studios, Chelsea, London. Floyd also turned professional on this day after signing a deal with EMI Records.

1969, Tommy James and the Shondells started a two week run at No.1 on the US singles chart with 'Crimson And Clover', the group's second and last No.1. Billy Idol had a 1987 US No.1 with 'Mony Mony' a No.3 hit for Tommy James in 1968.

1972, Chuck Berry had his first UK No.1 single with a live recording of a song he'd been playing live for over 20 years 'My Ding-a-Ling'. UK public morality campaigner Mary Whitehouse attempted to have the song banned due to its innuendo-laden lyrics. The Average White Band members guitarist Onnie McIntyre and drummer Robbie McIntosh played on the single.

1975, Neil Sedaka had his second US No.1 single with 'Laughter In The Rain', over 12 years after his last chart topper 'Breaking Up Is Hard To Do'.

1979, Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious was released on bail after attacking Todd Smith, singer Patti Smith's brother, at a Skafish concert. John Lydon has since stated that Mick Jagger stepped in and paid for the lawyers for Vicious.

1980, Blondie released 'Call Me', the main theme song of the 1980 film American Gigolo. It peaked at No. 1 for six consecutive weeks, and became the top-selling single of the year in the United States in 1980.

1986, Music publisher Dick James died of a heart attack aged 65. Worked with many UK 60s acts including The Beatles. James signed Elton John and his lyricist Bernie Taupin as unknown artists in 1967 and was the founder of the DJM record label.

1989, Paul Robi from The Platters died of cancer. UK & US No.1 single 'Smoke Gets In Your Eyes'. Robi left The Platters in the early 60s being replaced by Nate Nelson from the Flamingos.

1992, George Michael and Elton John went to No.1 on the US singles chart with 'Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me', also a No.1 in the UK. All proceeds from the single went to Aids charities.

1995, Richey Edwards guitarist with the Manic Street Preachers vanished leaving no clues to his whereabouts. He left The Embassy Hotel in London at 7am, leaving behind his packed suitcase. His car was found on the Severn Bridge outside Bristol, England sixteen days later. Edwards has never been found, despite constant searching, and in November 2008 he was declared officially dead.

1997, Blur went to No.1 on the UK singles chart with 'Beetlebum'. The song's title is said to be a stab at Liam Gallagher, lead singer of Oasis for his over-idolisation of The Beatles.

1999, Four hundred people were injured at an Australian concert by Marilyn Manson when he stormed off stage after being bombarded with missiles and abuse at the show in Perth. One of Manson's guitar technicians needed treatment for cuts to his head.

1999, American musician and composer Julius Wechter died. He composed the song 'Spanish Flea' for Herb Alpert and was leader of The Baja Marimba Band. As a session musician he worked for the likes of The Beach Boys, Sonny and Cher and various Phil Spector productions. His vibraphone solo work is featured on the Beach Boys' acclaimed album, Pet Sounds ('Let's Go Away for Awhile'). He died of lung cancer a day after his song 'Spanish Flea' was used in the Simpsons episode Sunday, Cruddy Sunday.

2001, A collection of Sir Elton John's private photos on display at a museum in Atlanta were withdrawn. The exhibition, which included snaps of nude men, was said to be too explicit, some school trips to the museum had been cancelled.

2008, US space agency Nasa announced that 'Across the Universe' by The Beatleswas to become the first song ever to be beamed directly into space. The track would be transmitted through the Deep Space Network - a network of antennas - on the 40th anniversary of the song being recorded, being aimed at the North Star, Polaris, 431 light-years from Earth. In a message to NASA, Paul McCartney said the project was an "amazing" feat. "Well done, Nasa," he added. "Send my love to the aliens. All the best, Paul."

2009, Bruce Springsteen started a two week run at No.1 on the UK album chart with 'Working on a Dream' his 16th studio album.

2012, Don Cornelius, the host of US TV's Soul Train, (from 1971 until 1993), who helped break down racial barriers and broaden the reach of Black culture, died. Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at 12685 Mulholland Drive and found Cornelius with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He was 75.

2013, Coldplay's 'Clocks' topped a list by BBC Radio 6 Music's top 100 tracks of the past 10 years. More than 100,000 votes were cast in the poll which looked back over the 10 years since the station began in 2002. Arctic Monkeys''I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor' was voted into second place, and Elbow's 'One Day Like This' in third.

2013, American singer, songwriter and record producer Cecil Womack died of unknown causes in Johannesburg, South Africa aged 65. He had success both as a songwriter and recording artist, notably with his wife Linda as Womack & Womack. In 1988, their single ‘Teardrops’, taken from their fourth album Conscience, became a major international hit selling over 10 million copies worldwide. His best-known song ‘Love T.K.O.’ has been recorded by many artists, including Teddy Pendergrass, Boz Scaggs, Bette Midler and Michael McDonald.

2014, A new report found that about two-thirds of people were left with ringing in their ears after a night out at a club, gig or pub. Campaign group Action on Hearing Loss said the poll of 1,000 adults also showed a third would ignore the "safe level" on their music players.

• Playa Vista Isle, formerly Le Palais Royal, is in Hillsboro Beach, Florida, on the ritzy "Millionaire's Mile" between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
• Property records show it sold for $42.5 million at auction, over $100 million less than its asking price of $159 million.
• According to a press release from Concierge Auctions, it still set a record as the most expensive US home ever sold at auction.

Imagine waking up in a 30,000-square-foot French-inspired chateau on the calm Atlantic shores of Florida.

For the new owners of Playa Vista Isle, that's more of a reality than a dream.

Once the most expensive home in the country, Playa Vista Isle, in Hillsboro Beach sold in November 2018 after a bidding war amongst 11 buyers. According to property records, it sold for $42.5 million, more than $100 million less than its asking price of $159 million. Still, the sale price reportedly broke a record as the highest a US home has sold for at auction.

Property records also show the buyer is Oppornova LLC, a Delaware-based company affiliated with Andrew Mack, co-founder of tea company Teavana, which was acquired by Starbucks in 2012.

The mansion has 11 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and $3 million worth of 22-karat gold leafing. It was modeled after the Palace of Versailles and is essentially the mega-mansion of your French royalty dreams.

Beyonce, Taylor Swift Break Grammy Award Records

Taylor Swift and Beyoncé sweep the Grammy Awards with record-breaking wins. Earning Album of the Year for Fearless at age 19, Swift is the youngest artist to ever win the award. Beyoncé wins six out of ten nominations - including Song of the Year for "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) " - giving her the most wins in one night of any female artist.

It's been four months since Beyoncé and Taylor Swift shared the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards after the notorious Kanye Westcontroversy. Beyoncé invited the first-time Moonman winner onstage to finish her acceptance speech for Best Female Video, which was cut short earlier in the night by West's outburst that the "Single Ladies" singer deserved the prize. Tonight is just as exciting for the pair, but for happier reasons. Swift nabs four awards: two for "White Horse" (Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song) and two for Fearless (Best Country Album and Album of the Year). Το 69ο Φεστιβάλ Sanremo θα διεξαχθεί στο Θέατρο Ariston στο Σαν Ρέμο από τις 5 έως τις 9 Φεβρουαρίου 2019 και θα παρουσιαστειί για δεύτερη συνεχή χρονιά από τον Claudio Baglioni , ο οποίος είναι επίσης καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής, που πλαισιώνεται από τους Claudio Bisio και Virginia Raffaele (πρώην συν-φιλοξενούμενο) της έκδοσης 2016 )  .

Η κατεύθυνση θα εκδοθεί από τον Duccio Forzano ^[3] , ενώ η σκηνογραφία θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τη Francesca Montinaro  . Η μουσική κατεύθυνση θα ανατεθεί για δεύτερη συνεχή χρονιά στον Geoff Westley .

Στον διαγωνισμό  24 τραγουδιστές θα αγωνιστούν για ένα ενιαίο βραβείο, εκ των οποίων 22 φημισμένοι καλλιτέχνες και δυο από το Sanremo Giovani 2018 .

Ο νικητής του Φεστιβάλ θα είναι και ο εκπρόσωπος της Ιταλίας στο διαγωνισμό τραγουδιού της Eurovision το 2019 , εκτός εάν αποποιηθεί. 

Οι δύο νικητές του Sanremo Giovani 2018 που έχουν αποκτήσει το δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στο Φεστιβάλ ανακοινώθηκαν στις 20 και 21 Δεκεμβρίου 2018, ζωντανά στο Rai 1.  Κατά την ίδια εκπομπή ανακοινώθηκαν επίσης τα ονόματα των είκοσι δύο πρωταθλητών επιλεγμένα για τον τελικό, έντεκα κάθε βράδυ.

Η ανακοίνωση της υποψηφιότητάς του έγινε δια χειρός του Ελληνα πρωθυπουργού,

 με ανάρτησή του στο Twitter. 

«Είχα σήμερα συνάντηση με τον Χρήστο 

Γιαννούλη, στον οποίο πρότεινα να είναι

 υποψήφιος με τη στήριξη του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ στις 

αυτοδιοικητικές εκλογές στην Περιφέρεια

 Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας. Χρήστο, καλή

 επιτυχία στον αγώνα για μια δημοκρατική και 

προοδευτική Μακεδονία» ανέφερε

 σχετικά ο πρωθυπουργός Αλέξης Τσίπρας.

Ο «εκλεκτός» του Αλέξη Τσίπρα για την Περιφέρεια Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας είχε

 και στο παρελθόν την -ανεπίσημη- στήριξη του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, στις αυτοδιοικητικές

 εκλογές του 2013, στον δήμο Κατερίνης, που είναι η ιδιαίτερη πατρίδα του. 

Σε εκείνη την εκλογική διαδικασία  ο Χρήστος Γιαννούλης είχε λάβει τη

 δεύτερη θέση, με το 27,3% των ψήφων.

Σύμφωνα με τον δείκτη, η Φεράρι είναι μια από τις 16 μάρκες ανάμεσα στις 500 επιχειρήσεις που έλαβαν την βαθμολογία ΑΑΑ+ και ξεπέρασε κολοσσούς όπως η McDonald’s, η Coca-Cola, η Lego και η Disney.

Στην κατηγορία των εταιρειών με την μεγαλύτερη αξία, η Amazon του Τζεφ Μπέζος ξεπέρασε όχι μόνο την ιταλική αυτοκινητοβιομηχανία, αλλά και τις Apple και Google που βρέθηκαν στην δεύτερη και τρίτη θέση αντίστοιχα.

Οι αμερικανικές επιχειρήσεις τεχνολογίας και τηλεπικοινωνίων κυριαρχούν στη λίστα των κορυφαίων 500, με δυο κινεζικές τράπεζες να εισέρχονται στη πρώτη δεκάδα, ενώ η απάντηση της Κίνας στην επιτυχία του Netflix, είναι η iQiyi που είναι η ταχύτερα αναπτυσσόμενη επιχείρηση στον κόσμο καθώς σημείωσε ανάπτυξη της τάξης του 326%,

Όπως αναφέρει ο διευθ. Σύμβουλος της Brand Finance που δημοσιεύει τον δείκτη κάθε χρόνο, Ντέιβιντ Χέι, «δέκα χρόνια πριν, η αξία των κινεζικών εταιρειών στη κορυφαία δεκάδα ήταν 48 εκατ. δολάρια και τώρα ξεπερνά τα 1,3 τρις. δολάρια». Και συμπληρώνει: «Πλέον, υπάρχουν 80 κινεζικές φίρμες στις κορυφαίες 500. Έχουν επικεντρωθεί πολύ προς τον τραπεζικό τομέα, της ασφάλισης, του real estate και τα αυτοκίνητα, όμως η Κίνα συνεχίζει και εισέρχεται όλο και περισσότερο στις καταναλωτικές συνήθειες. Πιστεύω πως στα επόμενα πέντε χρόνια ο δείκτης θα αντιπροσωπεύει περισσότερο την επιρροή των κινεζικών επιχειρήσεων στις δυτικές αγορές».

Παράλληλα σημειώνει και το γεγονός πως μάρκες, όπως η Microsoft και η Apple θα κινηθούν και σε άλλους τομείς καθώς έχουν πετύχει όσα θα ήθελαν στους τομείς τους.

Παράλληλα παρουσιάστηκε και ο νέος δείκτης που δείχνει τους κορυφαίους CEO των επιχειρήσεων ανάμεσα στις 100 πρώτες φίρμες της κατάταξης. Ο Τζεφ Μπέζος της Amazon, όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο, βρέθηκε στη κορυφή με τον Ακίο Τογιόντα της Toyota και τον Μπέρναρντ Αρνό της LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) να τον ακολουθούν.

Αντικατοπτρίζοντας τον μικρό αριθμό γυναικών CEO στο Fortune 500, μόλις πέντε γυναίκες που είναι διευθύνοντες σύμβουλοι βρίσκονται στη λίστα. Η Τζίνι Ρόμετι της IBM που είναι στη 6^η θέση, και ακολουθεί στην θη θέση η Κινγκπιν Λι της κινεζικής κατασκευαστικής τράπεζας CITIC. • A group of 70 homeless people were put up in hotels in Chicago by an anonymous good Samaritan, the Salvation Army said.
• The group had been camping in tents near Chicago's University Village/Little Italy neighborhood.
• About 100 donated propane tanks they were using to keep warm were confiscated by the fire department on Wednesday, leaving them no way to keep warm.
• That's when the anonymous person stepped in and offered up the hotel rooms.

A good Samaritan paid for hotel rooms for 70 homeless people in Chicago after learning they were camping with no source of heat in the bitter cold.

Salvation Army spokeswoman Jacqueline Rachev told the Chicago Tribune that the 70 people had spent Tuesday night camping in tents near Chicago's University Village/Little Italy neighborhood.

They had been using 100 donated propane tanks to keep warm as temperatures sunk to minus 22 with a windchill of 49 degrees below zero on Wednesday morning.

But on Wednesday afternoon, one of the propane tanks exploded, and Chicago Fire Department Chief Walter Schroeder told the group not to use the tanks any longer.

"We responded to a fire,'" Schroeder told the Tribune. "When we got there, the fire was extinguished and they found all these propane cylinders. That's when we escalated it to a Level I Hazmat."

10 safety tips for you and your home during the polar vortex

• The polar vortex is affecting some 220 million people in the
•  US this week.
• As a safety warning, it has been advised to stay indoors if
•  at all possible.
• You'll want to make sure you and your home are well-
• prepared for the below-freezing temperatures.
• It's important to take certain precautions such as insulating
•  your pipes, dressing in layers, and making up an emergency
•  kit in order to stay as warm as possible for the next few days.

The polar vortex is officially upon us and temperatures aren't

 expected to rise until later this week. Not only is it important

 to stay warm, but also to stay safe.

There are several important safety measures to consider in

 preparation for the low temperatures.

Try to stay indoors if possible.

With such low temperatures, it has been strongly advised that 

everyone affected stays inside. If you absolutely have to go

 outside, try to keep it short.

When driving, make sure to have an emergency kit set aside in

 your car filled with a flashlight, batteries, blanket, snacks, water,

 gloves, boots and be sure to have a full tank of gas.

If using public transportation, keep moving by walking or

 jumping in place to keep yourself warm when waiting at a train

 or bus stop.

Think layers.

You'll want to have a base, middle, and outer layer instead of one single, bulky layer. Also, avoid wearing tight clothing, which can prevent blood flow and make you colder. Additionally, take special care to cover your hands, feet, and head, as these areas are commonly exposed to the cold air.

Look for signs of frostbite and hypothermia.

It only takes 15 minutes, sometimes less, for the first signs of

 frostbite or hypothermia to set in. Some signs to take notice

 of include skin turning gray or blue, drowsiness, and slurred

 speech. Seek medical attention immediately and get into a

 warm room or shelter if you are experiencing frostbite or

 hypothermia.

Set your thermostat slightly higher than usual.

Beyond keeping your body temperature up, you're also going 

to need to keep your home warm and well-insulated. Avoid

 turning off the heat in any unused spaces, and do not turn the

 heat down when you go to bed or leave the house, Lisa Cooper, representative for State Farm insurance, told the Daily Herald.

Instead, use the "hold" function on your thermostat and set

 it higher than normal. You don't want the house to cool down

 because the furnace may not be able to get the temperature

 back up again.

Cinch any cracks.

Look for any cracks or air leaks to prevent cold air from 

seeping intothe house. Commonly, air leaks are found around

 pipes, vents, crawl spaces, wiring holes, and in the attic. You 

can use caulk and foam or insulation to fill those spaces and

 keep the cold air out.

Move space heaters away from fire hazards.

Space heaters are commonly used to supplement the main

 heater during times like these, but they do increase the risk of

 a fire. It's important to keep them at least three feet away from

 curtains, furniture, and other combustibles. Always plug them

 directly into a wall socket and unplug them when not in use.

Make sure carbon monoxide alarms are working.

Cold weather has been known to increase carbon monoxide

 poisoning because people tend to stay in closed environments

 and there is increased use of gas-powered furnaces and other alternative heat sources.

For this reason, it is really important to make sure your carbon monoxide detectors are working and that they have fresh

 batteries if you'll mostly be inside for the next few days.

The cold weather also can cause serious structural damage to

 your home if a pipe bursts. Pipes commonly rupture because

 water expands as it freezes causing an incredibly high pressure

 within the pipes. You can relieve some of that pressure by

 letting a warm trickle flow from a faucet nearest to an outside

 wall.

In addition, if you leave your cabinet doors open under the

 kitchen and bathroom sinks, it allows the air temperature to

 keep the pipes warmer and prevents them from freezing.

Σε αυτό το κρουαζιερόπλοιο απαγορεύονται τα παιδιά 

Το Scarlet Lady, το πρώτο κρουαζιερόπλοιο που θα ξεκινήσει τα ταξίδια του το 

2020 μόνο για ενήλικες, θα είναι εξοπλισμένο με μια σειρά υπερσύγχρονων

 εγκαταστάσεων εστίασης και ποτών για περιπετειώδεις ταξιδιώτες. Αλλά στο

 τέλος της βραδιάς, οι επιβάτες θα μπορούν να επιστρέψουν στα δωμάτιά τους,

 τα οποία έχουν σχεδιαστεί ώστε να παρέχουν όλες τις ανέσεις ενός ξενοδοχείου, 

σύμφωνα με την εταιρεία.

«Δεν θέλαμε να δημιουργήσουμε το γνωστό παλιό κουτί μιας κρεβατοκάμαρας,

 που οι ναυτικοί μας χρησιμοποιούσαν μόνο για ύπνο, θέλαμε να αναμορφώσουμε

 όλη την εμπειρία της καμπίνας» λέει ο Ντι Κούπερ, αντιπρόεδρος σχεδιασμού 

της Virgin Voyages, σε δελτίο Τύπου.

Κάθε καμπίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με ένα χειροποίητο και ντιζαϊνάτο «Seabed»,

 το οποίο η Virgin περιγράφει ως το «πρώτο κρεβάτι καμπίνας που

 μεταμορφώνεται» και έχει σχεδιαστεί για να ενθαρρύνεις τις συγκεντρώσεις

 φίλων στα δωμάτια.

«Το κόνσεπτ του Seabed προέρχεται από την φιλική προς το χρήστη φύση

 της κρουαζιέρας και δίνει στους επιβάτες περισσότερο χώρο για κοινωνικές

 συναναστροφές» σύμφωνα με το δελτίο Τύπου. Επίσης, εξαλείφει την «αμηχανία» 

του να μην έχεις χώρο και να αναγκάζονται οι επισκέπτες να κάθονται

 στο κρεβάτι.

Οι καμπίνες διαθέτουν επίσης ένα σύστημα φωτισμού που θα προσαρμόζεται

 αυτόματα για να «επαυξάνουν την ώρα της ημέρας ανάλογα με το πού 

βρίσκεται το πλοίο στον κόσμο».

Ακόμη, πολιτική του πλοίου θα είναι να μην δίνονται φιλοδωρήματα, όπως

 ανακοίνωσε η Virgin την Δευτέρα ενώ το κρουαζιερόπλοιο θα διαθέτει 1.330

 καμπίνες και 78 σουίτες «RockStar», με το 93% των καμπινών θα προσφέρουν

 θέα στον ωκεανό. Επίσης, το 86% θα διαθέτει και βεράντα.

Υπάρχουν επίσης, ειδικά δωμάτια για γκρουπ, τα οποία διαθέτουν 4 κουκέτες

 τύπου «σαλέ» και καμπίνες ειδικά σχεδιασμένες για μοναχικούς ταξιδιώτες.

Όσοι επιθυμούν να ταξιδέψουν με την Virgin Voyages θα έχουν να επιλέξουν

 από μια εντυπωσιακή ποικιλία δρομολογίων από το 2020 που ξεκινούν τα ταξίδια.

«Έχουμε δρομολόγια που προσφέρουν μια αίσθηση από τον πολιτισμό και την

 ιστορία της κάθε χώρας και πάνω από όλα προσφέρουν αυτό το αίσθημα

 ξεγνοιασιάς που έχει κανείς μόνο όταν κάνει διακοπές» λέει η Νταϊάνα Μπλοκ

 Γκαρσία, αντιπρόεδρος της ανάπτυξης των δρομολογίων.

Για παράδειγμα, το ταξίδι Havana After Dark, διάρκειας 4 ή 5 διανυκτερεύσεων, 

επιτρέπει στους ταξιδιώτες να εξερευνήσουν τον πολιτισμό της Κούβας,

 συμπεριλαμβανομένης μιας διανυκτέρευσης στην πρωτεύουσα.

Το Mayan Sol, 5 νυχτών, στην Costa Maya του Μεξικού, επιτρέπει στους 

ταξιδιώτες να αποβιβαστούν για να εξερευνήσουν αρχαία ερείπια και να

 βουτήξουν στους κοραλλιογενείς υφάλους.

Να σημειωθεί πως όλα τα ταξίδια αναχωρούν από το Μαϊάμι ενώ οι κρατήσεις 

για το πλοίο Scarlet Lady, με πρώτη ημερομηνία αναχώρησης στις 14 

Φεβρουαρίου, έχουν ξεκινήσει.

στην Καλαμαριά

΄Ένα βήμα στους ταλαντούχους νέους με καλλιτεχνικές ανησυχίες

Το Τμήμα Παιδείας, Αθλητισμού, Νεολαίας και Δια Βίου Μάθησης του Δήμου Καλαμαριάς, οργανώνει για πρώτη φορά φέτος, μια γιορτή που απευθύνεται σε νέους ανθρώπους. Πρόκειται για τη δημιουργία ενός νέου θεσμού με τίτλο, 1^ο YOUTHSTAGE  η οποία  θα πραγματοποιηθείαπό τις 6 έως τις 12 Μαΐου 2019, και θα δώσειβήμα στους νέους με καλλιτεχνική φύση να αναπτύξουν τη δημιουργική τους έκφραση συμμετέχοντας σε μια γιορτή νέων ανθρώπων.

Συγκεκριμένα, καλούνται οι  νέοι ηλικίας από 17 έως 26 ετών,  που έχουν ταλέντο στη συγγραφή  βιβλίων ή ποιημάτων, που  ασχολούνται με κάποιο μουσικό όργανο, που είναι εικαστικοί και θέλουν να παρουσιάσουν το έργο τους, αυτοί οι οποίοι συμμετέχουν σε κάποια χορωδία, ή ομάδα χορού ή θεατρική ομάδα και θέλουν να δείξουν την σκηνοθετική τους ματιά, μέσα από τη δημιουργία μιας ταινίας μικρού μήκους ή ντοκιμαντέρ, ή διαθέτουν κάτι νέο και φρέσκο που θέλουν να μοιραστούν, να  απευθυνθούν στον Δήμο  Καλαμαριάς.

Οι εκδηλώσεις θα πραγματοποιηθούν σε χώρους πολιτισμού και σε ανοιχτούς χώρους του Δήμου Καλαμαριάς. Ο Δήμος θα παρέχει επίσης σκηνή, ηχητική κάλυψη και φωτιστικό εξοπλισμό, καθώς και προβολή των εκδηλώσεων.

 Βίκυ Χατζηβασιλείου για τη Μακεδονία στον τελικό του My Style Rocks! 

Στον μεγάλο τελικό του My Style Rocks, η Βίκυ Χατζηβασιλείου δεν άντεξε και

 ξέσπασε για τη Μακεδονία.

Η γνωστή παρουσιάστρια, που κάθισε στη θέση του τέταρτου κριτή, παρομοίασε τη Νίνα Παπαϊωάννου,

 λόγω της εμφάνισή της στον τελικό, με την Ολυμπιάδα και εξερράγη για τις τελευταίες πολιτικές εξελίξεις.

 «Εγώ μπροστά μου τώρα βλέπω τη Βασίλισσα της Βεργίνας, την Ολυμπιάδα, τη γυναίκα του Φίλιππου

 Β’… Με το 26ακτινο αστέρι, το σύμβολο της Βεργίνας και όχι το 16ακτινο στο κεφάλι, το έχει κάνει έτσι, 

το έχει προχωρήσει λίγο. Είναι υπέροχο αυτό το βασιλικό πορφυρό που φοράτε.

Θέλω να μείνω λίγο στη Βεργίνα και τη Μακεδονία, που είναι μία η Μακεδονία, που είναι μόνο ελληνική, 

που πάντα μιλούσαν και ελληνικά, που συνεχίζουν να τα μιλάνε, που είμαστε απόγονοι του Μέγα

 Αλέξανδρου και οτιδήποτε άλλο είναι κακόγουστο και χωρίς στυλ, οτιδήποτε άλλο θέλει να ακουστεί

 ή να αποφασιστεί», είπε η Βίκυ Χατζηβασιλείου.
