Το νέο μενού περιλαμβάνει all day breakfast και σάντουιτς, ενώ ξεχωρίζουν οι finger food επιλογές και τα νέα κυρίως πιάτα.

The Obamas are making the most of their vacation time. Since leaving the White House in January, they have been hitting some of the most exotic destinations imaginable.
After spending a few days in Palm Springs, Barack and Michelle Obama kicked off their tropical tour with a visit to entrepreneur Richard Branson's private Necker Island.
The next stop was The Brando, a luxury island resort on the atoll of Tetiaroa in French Polynesia. The resort is so exclusive, it can only be reached by boat or by two-engined Air Tetiaroa planes, according to People magazine. The former president has been there since March 15, while Michelle only joined her husband last week.
Take a look at the incredible places they have visited so far.

A Chinese developer is building a $100 billion 'dream paradise'— but experts worry it could become a ghost city

By 2040, four man-made Malaysian islands will have a slew of new high-rise apartment complexes, office buildings, parks, shopping malls, bus stops, hotels, restaurants, shops, schools, and sidewalks.
The $100 billion metropolis, called Forest City, is being built by Chinese developer Country Garden. The developers bill it as "a dream paradise for all mankind."
While the mega-development sounds promising, several writers and housing experts worry it could become a ghost city — in this case, a high-tech, luxury urban center that fails to attract many residents. Since the 1970s, Chinese developers have built some-500 ghost cities in China.
Nearly 60 home buyers, 70% of which are Chinese, have now cancelled their leases in Forest City, reportedly due to China's increasing efforts to curb money from leaving the country. In late March, China set new restrictions on  the ways Chinese can invest and use their credit cards abroad, according to The New York Times.
While Forest City's developer is Chinese, residents must make housing payments in Malaysia. As a result, many Chinese buyers say they are having trouble making credit card payments on their Forest City apartments, due to the government's restrictions on transactions.
A spokesperson from Country Garden said on April 7 that it is talking to buyers who may break their contracts to work out payment issues. The company will also issue refunds to those who decide to pull out.
Take a look at the city's plans below.

Set to be complete by 2040, Forest City will be located on four man-made Malaysian islands. Construction began in early 2016, and the project is expected to be the largest overseas project by a Chinese developer.

So far, the supply of housing is outpacing demand. In 2016, Country Garden sold 15,000 of the 250,000 Forest City residential units, totaling about $2.6 billion in sales, according to Yu Runze, the company’s chief strategy officer.

Nearly 60% of the development’s commercial space is also under contract, including from high-end fashion and furniture retailers.

China is known for its hundreds of ghost cities, including Kangbashi, Tianducheng, and Chenggong, which have yet to attract many residents. Just 100,000 people, for example, live in Kangbashi, which is designed for 500,000.

People walk along a new street surrounded by residential buildings under construction in the Kangbashi district of the town of Ordos, located around 30 kilometers south of the city of Dongsheng in China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
Tianducheng, Kangbashi, and Chenggong are all developments built within the last two decades. As Wired and Gizmodo note, developers constructed swaths of luxury housing complexes and charged inflated home prices there, which largely kept Chinese residents from coming.
Though Forest City will be in Malaysia, it will be built by Chinese developers, who say the housing will be affordable for middle-class residents. But the islands' buildings are going up faster than people are signing leases, due in part to China's increased credit card restrictions.

The Malaysian government is involved, however. It granted Country Garden tax incentives to develop the area and encourage job growth. Runze says that these incentives will encourage businesses and residents to come to Forest City.

When developers build these kinds of cities in China, they often hope that new residents will migrate from crowded centers nearby, like Beijing and Shanghai. But middle-class Chinese often can’t afford to live there.

In Forest City, many future residents may come from Singapore, Grove says. If they still work in Singapore, they'll be able to easily commute by train, water taxi, or car. In 2016, Country Garden built a $67 million, 3.6-mile highway that connects the two cities.

They also designed a 250-hectare seagrass preserve and are building 10 kilometers of mangroves, shrubs that act as homes for marine organisms, on each island. Forest City even features parking garages with first floors that are intentionally designed to flood.
By 2100, the sea is expected to rise 9.5 inches in the area
“In 100 years, we might not need as many cars anyway, so we may not even need parking infrastructure,” Grove says.

Actress Luisana Lopilato, the wife of singer Michael Buble, says their three-year-old son is doing well, five months after he was diagnosed with cancer
The Argentine actress spoke about Noah's recovery at a press conference for her latest film in Buenos Aires.
She said: "When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes. It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today.
"Thank God, my son is well." She also thanked the public for their support.
"I want them to know that they reached us and that it helped us a lot to come through this.
"It's difficult for me to speak about this. It's very recent and I'm still a bit sensitive about the subject.
"But the love is daily, when people stop me in the street. It's wonderful to know that you're accompanied in life and that people love you."

'Thinking about the future'

She and Buble recently returned to her homeland after Noah received treatment in the US.
Buble and Lopilato put their careers on hold when Noah was diagnosed.
But the 29-year-old said seeing Noah "grow and being happy" had given her the strength to finish the film, titled Those Who Love, Hate.
Lopilato, who also has a one-year-old son, Elias, with her husband, added: "We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow."

 want to visit Machu Picchu

If there was ever a beaten path to take, it's that of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru.
Often referred to as the Lost City of the Incas, it consists of more than 150 buildings and is steeped in mystery, as no one can quite agree on what it was and why it was abandoned.
Rediscovered by historian Hiram Bingham on July 24, 1911, Machu Picchu is now one of South America's most famous tourist attractions, with about 1.2 million visitors a year.
Here are 26 photos that show why the ancient Incan city has remained one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world for over a century.

Others again believe it was an astronomical observatory — the fact that certain windows seem to have been built to track the sun during solstices supports this theory.

No one knows why it was abandoned. Historians agree that it must have been built when the Inca empire peaked, which was in the 15th and 16th centuries, before they were more or less eradicated by Spanish invaders around the 1530s. Allegedly, over 1,000 people lived here at some point.
