2013, Ja Rule was released from prison after serving nearly two years on gun and tax evasion charges. The rapper was let out of a prison in Ray Brook, New York, but would remain under house arrest until 28 July. Drake does the chart double
Drake has scored a number one double bill - topping both the UK single and album chart.
His latest album, Views, has knocked Beyonce's Lemonade off the top, pushing it into second place.
Billy Ocean and Travis both have new entries in the top five.
Drake's One Dance remained top of the singles chart, while Calvin Harris and Rihanna's track This is What You Came For was a new entry at number two.
There were no other new entries in the whole of the top 40 singles chart.

Canadian rapper Drake's album is the second fastest seller of the year so far, according to the Official Charts Company, notching up sales of 78,000 and putting it just behind David Bowie's Blackstar for quick sales.
It is his fourth studio album - and fourth chart-topper.
Prince still has four albums in the top 40, with The Very Best Of... the highest placed, at number three.
Billy Ocean's return to the chart is a combination of a new album, Here You Are, and a bonus Best Off... featuring the likes of Caribbean Queen and When the Going Gets Tough.
Scottish band Travis have now released eight studio albums, with their latest, Everything at Once, landing in the chart at number five.
Other new album chart entries include Tremonti (16), Rob Zombie (25) and Brian Eno (28).

Βάθρες στη Σαμοθράκη: Η ανέγγιχτη ομορφιά του νησιού
Απολαυστικές βουτιές στο βουνό, κρυστάλλινα νερά, πλατάνια, βράχια και οξιές, θα βρείτε μόνο στη Σαμοθράκη!
Ένα μαγευτικό νησί, άγρια ομορφιά με τη μία βάθρα να ακολουθεί την άλλη και να συναγωνίζονται σε βαθμό δυσκολίας πρόσβασης.
Όλες μοναδικές, όπως τις βλέπετε και στις φωτογραφίες
Ο ποταμός Φονιάς, πέφτει με ορμή καθώς σκεπάζεται από τα δέντρα σε πολλά σκιερά σημεία, δημιουργώντας μικρούς καταρράκτες και πισίνες για βουτιές!
Οι περισσότερες είναι προσβάσιμες, με μέτριο ή μεγάλο βαθμό δυσκολίας.
Όσο πιο ψηλά στο βουνό ανεβαίνεις....
... τόσο λιγότερους επισκέπτες συναντάς, αφού οι περισσότεροι διαλέγουν τις εύκολες -πρώτες- λίμνες για να δροσιστούν με μια βουτιά!
Στις πιο φημισμένες είναι η Γριά Βάθρα και η Βάθρα του Φονιά.
Επάνω, η πανέμορφη χώρα της Σαμοθράκης.
Άλλη μια υπέροχη παραλία είναι οι Κήποι, με υπέροχο μαύρο βότσαλο...
... και η Παχιά Άμμος, καυτή και αμμώδης βρίσκεται στο Λάκκωμα.
Εκεί λειτουργεί και καταδυτικό κέντρο και στις Μακρυλιές!

Hotel Het Arresthius – Roermond, Ολλανδία
Η φυλακή του 19ου αιώνα μετατράπηκε σε boutique hotel του ολλανδικού ομίλου ξενοδοχείων Van der Valk. Τα 105 κελιά, μετά από καθοριστικές παρεμβάσεις στη διαρρύθμιση, έγιναν 40 άνετες σουίτες! Ωστόσο, αν παρατηρήσει κανείς προσεκτικά το σαλόνι, θα συμφωνήσει ότι παραπέμπει σε φυλακή!
Clink78 Hostel, Λονδίνο, Ην. Βασίλειο
Το 200 ετών αυτό ιστορικό κτήριο φιλοξενούσε κελιά προσωρινής κράτησης και δικαστήρια. Σε ένα από αυτά ο Κάρολος Ντίκενς, ένας από τους διασημότερους συγγραφείς διεθνώς, εμπνεύστηκε κι έγραψε το λογοτεχνικό αριστούργημα Όλιβερ Τουίστ. Σήμερα ο χώρος στεγάζει ένα Hostel, που φιλοξενεί νέους ταξιδιώτες!
Langholmen Hotel, Στοκχόλμη, Σουηδία
To σοφρωνιστικό ίδρυμα Langholmen λειτουργούσε κανονικά, μέχρι τη δεκαετία του 1970,και ήταν κρυμμένο σε ένα βραχώδες νησί, λίγο έξω από τη Στοκχόλμη. Το ιδιωτικό αυτό νησί έχει -πλέον- μετατραπεί σε ξενοδοχείο και hostel, ενώ υπάρχουν και θεματικά δωμάτια για μια extreme εμπειρία διανυκτέρευσης σε κελί. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως εδώ έγινε η τελευταία εκτέλεση στη Σουηδία, προτού καταργηθεί η θανατική ποινή το 1921.

Ένα πρώην μεσαιωνικό οχυρό έχει μετατραπεί σε ένα από τα πιο εντυπωσιακά ξενοδοχεία της Αγγλίας. Ωστόσο, διατηρεί αρκετά στοιχεία στη διακόσμηση και την διαρρύθμιση που θυμίζουν το παρελθόν του.

Σαφώς δεν πρόκειται για κάποιο πολυτελές κατάλυμα, αλλά για ένα θεματικό πάρκο που λειτουργεί 9.00πμ-9.00μμ και προσφέρει αρκετή δόση περιπέτειας. Οι VIP πελάτες έχουν τη δυνατότητα να ζήσουν μια εικονική σύλληψη, αλλά και να διανυκτερεύσουν σε κελί.
Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul, Κωνσταντινούπολη, Τουρκία
Είναι σχεδόν αδύνατο να φανταστεί κανείς ότι αυτό το πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο 65 δωματίων ήταν κάποτε οθωμανική φυλακή. Βρίσκεται στην Παλιά Πόλη και διαθέτει έναν από τους ομορφότερους κήπους της Ευρώπης. Το Σουλτάν Αχμέτ ήταν η πρώτη φυλακή της Οθωμανικής Αυτοκρατορίας, και πιστεύεται ότι έχει κατασκευαστεί την περίοδο 1918-1919.

Το μεγαλοπρεπές ξενοδοχείο άνοιξε φέτος τις πύλες του στο Ανατολικό Λονδίνο και στεγάζεται εκεί που κάποτε υπήρχε αστυνομικό τμήμα και πλημμελειοδικείο. Κάποτε μάζευε τους ταραχοποιούς της περιοχής. Πλέον ετοιμάζεται να υποδεχτεί την αφρόκρεμα της Βρετανίας, αλλά κι επισκέπτες από ολόκληρο τον κόσμο.

Ένας επίγειος παράδεισος στις Σέρρες για τα μάτια σας μόνο!Ο Λευτέρης Κατμαδας πέταξε πάνω από ένα από τα πιο όμορφα μέρη της Ελλάδας, τη Λίμνη Κερκίνη και κατέγραψε μοναδικές ατμοσφαιρικές εικόνες με κάμερα Drone. Πρόκειται για έναν υγροβιότοπο, που έχει ανακηρυχθεί Εθνικό Πάρκο και, σύμφωνα με τη Διεθνή Σύμβαση Ramsar,αποτελεί έναν από τους 10 υγρότοπους Διεθνούς Σημασίας της Ελλάδας. |

Δύοκρουαζιερόπλοια στη Λήμνο
Δύο κρουαζιερόπλοια έρχονται αυτές τις μέρες στο νησί σημερα Κυριακή το SEABORN ODYSSEY και τη Δευτέρα το STAR CLIPPER.
Tη Κυριακή 8 Μαΐου θα προσεγγίσει το λιμένα Μύρινας το γνωστό κρουαζιερόπλοιο SEABORN ODYSSEY . Αναμένεται η άφιξη στις 10:00 το πρωί και η αναχώρηση στις 18:00. Οι περίπου 750 επιβάτες θα περιηγηθούν στην αγορά της Μύρινας και κάποιοι θα απολαύσουν βόλτα σε αρχαιολογικούς χώρους και σε σημεία τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος στο νησί του Ηφαίστου.Το πλοίο έχει σημαία Μπαχάμες, έρχεται από Κωνσταντινούπολη και από τη Λήμνο θα αναχωρήσει για το Τσεσμέ, πρακτορεύεται από το Atzamis Travel.
Τη Δευτέρα 9 Μαΐου στις 9:00 το πρωί θα προσεγγίσει τη Μύρινα το επιβλητικό κρουαζιερόπλοιο STAR CLIPPER προερχόμενο από τα Δαρδανέλλια. Η αναχώρηση έχει προγραμματιστεί για τις 18:00 με προορισμό την Ουρανούπολη. Το πλοίο έχει σημαία Μάλτας και πρακτορεύεται από το πρακτορείο της κ. Καραϊσκάκη.

Τα αποσπασματα ειναι απο 12 περιπου μιουζικαλ,που προβληθηκαν και στην Ελλαδα,και ειχαν τεραστια
απηχηση παγκοσμιως,εως τα μεσα της δεκαετιας του 50

ΠΕΘΑΝΕ Η ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΓΡΑΦΟΣ ΜΑΓΔΑ ΧΡΥΣΟΣΤΟΜΙΔΟΥ
Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της ΕΣΗΕΜ-Θ με μεγάλη θλίψη ανακοινώνει τον θάνατο της δημοσιογράφου Μάγδας Χρυσοστομίδου, που έφυγε από τη ζωή τα ξημερώματα της Κυριακής 8 Μαΐου 2016, σε ηλικία μόλις 60 ετών, έπειτα από πολύχρονη μάχη με τον καρκίνο.
Η Μάγδα Χρυσοστομίδου γεννήθηκε τον Αύγουστο του 1955 στο Μαυρονέρι Κιλκίς. Σπούδασε Βιολογία στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και ήδη ως φοιτήτρια άρχισε να δημοσιογραφεί στην εφημερίδα «Μακεδονία». Στα πολλά χρόνια της δημοσιογραφικής της καριέρας στην εφημερίδα, κάλυπτε το ρεπορτάζ του υπουργείου Παιδείας, ενώ επίσης για μακρό διάστημα έγραφε σχόλια για τη στήλη «Βόρειος» και ήταν από τις βασικές τακτικές αρθρογράφους της εβδομαδιαίας σελίδας για τη Γυναίκα, όπως και του περιοδικού «Επιλογές».
Εργάστηκε επίσης στο γραφείο Τύπου του ΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης, ενώ υπήρξε επί σειρά ετών υπεύθυνη Τύπου στο γραφείο του καθηγητή και ευρωβουλευτή Αντώνη Τρακατέλλη.
Η Μάγδα Χρυσοστομίδου ξεχώριζε για τη φιλομάθεια και τον συστηματικό, ερευνητικό τρόπο σκέψης της. Μεταξύ άλλων, ασχολήθηκε με τη μελέτη της μέλισσας στη μυθολογία. Το 2010 κυκλοφόρησε το βιβλίο της «Μέλισσα και Μέλι στην Αρχαία Ελληνική Μυθολογία και Λατρεία».
Ήταν παντρεμένη με το ζωγράφο Φώνη Ζογλοπίτη, με τον οποίο και απέκτησαν μία κόρη, τη Μυρτώ.
Η κηδεία της θα γίνει αύριο, Δευτέρα 9/5/2016, στις 12 το μεσημέρι, στην εκκλησία του Μαυρονερίου Κιλκίς.
Η ΕΣΗΕΜ-Θ αποχαιρετά την άξια συνάδελφο και εκφράζει τα θερμά συλλυπητήριά της στους οικείους της.

Sir David Attenborough: Tributes paid as he turns 90
Tributes have been paid to renowned naturalist and broadcaster Sir David Attenborough who has turned 90.
Sir David joined the BBC after serving in the Royal Navy from 1947 to 1949 and launched Zoo Quest in 1954.
A string of successful natural history programmes followed including Life On Earth, The Living Planet, The Trials Of Life, The Blue Planet and Planet Earth.
Cameraman Gavin Thurston, who has worked with Sir David for many years, described him as "an amazing man".
BBC Springwatch presenter Michaela Strachan said Sir David was the "god of wildlife programmes and presenters".
"He's up there and we are all really proud of him and have all been inspired by him," she said.
"And he is unbelievably intelligent, not just on wildlife but on many other subjects as well.
"I don't know anybody that doesn't like David Attenborough. I know lots of people that don't like us but everyone loves him."
Fellow presenter Chris Packham said: "He told us stories, that's the great thing."
CBBC wildlife star Steve Backshall said Sir David "completely transformed my view of the wild world".

The Zoological Society of London tweeted: "We want to wish the world's greatest ambassador for animals a very happy 90th birthday."
Wishing Sir David a happy birthday, BBC Three has him providing commentary to "nature's most curious species" - the human being.
The hashtag #Attenborough90 has been trending on Twitter.
Kat Hartwell Goose tweeted: "A guiding light and inspiration, I feel truly honoured to have met him, happy birthday!!"
Daniel Mueller said: "Happy Birthday David Attenborough. I had the pleasure of meeting the great man only a week ago."
Louis Thomas said: "The most influential figure in broadcasting and the natural world."
On Friday, it was announced that Britain's new £200m polar research ship will be named the RRS Sir David Attenborough despite the name Boaty McBoatface topping a public poll.
