Ειδική συνεδρίαση του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου Θεσσαλονίκης – Απολογισμός πεπραγμένων Δημοτικής Αρχής έτους 2017
Ειδική συνεδρίαση του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου Θεσσαλονίκης με μοναδικό θέμα την παρουσίαση του απολογισμού πεπραγμένων έτους 2017 της Δημοτικής Αρχής του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης, θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Πέμπτη 20 Δεκεμβρίου 2018, στις 15.00, στην Αίθουσα Συνεδριάσεων (Βασ. Γεωργίου Α’ 1, 1ος όροφος).
Επισημαίνεται ότι ο απολογισμός πραγματοποιείται βάσει του άρθρου 217 του Ν. 3463/06, του άρθρου 20 παρ. 14 του Ν. 3731/2008 και του άρθρου 13 του Κανονισμού Λειτουργίας του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου.

Στο πλαίσιο των εκπαιδευτικών τους προγραμμάτων, το «Μακεδονικό Κέντρο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης, Αρχιτεκτονικής και Βιομηχανικού Σχεδιασμού» και το MOMusεμπλουτίζουν φέτος τις εκδηλώσεις τους με μια σειρά μηνιαίων αφιερωμάτων στα αστέρια των μιούζικαλ, σε τραγουδιστές και χορευτές, σε συναυλίες κ.λπ., που θα παρουσιάζει αποκλειστικά στο Μουσείο, αφιλοκερδώς, ο δημοσιογράφος Λευτέρης Κογκαλίδης, με υλικό από το προσωπικό αρχείο του, και θα προβάλλονται στη μεγάλη οθόνη του αμφιθέατρου του ΜΜΣΤ τώρα MOMus.
Το πρόγραμμα της Τέταρτης 19 Δεκεμβρίου 2018, στις 6:00 μμ, είναι αφιερωμένο σε μια Χριστουγεννιάτικη ξενάγηση στη Νέα Υόρκη, στα μνημεία, στους κεντρικούς δρόμους, στις βιτρίνες, στα πάρκα, κ.λπ. της πόλης που δεν κοιμάται ποτέ, με μουσική υπόκρουση δεκάδες εποχικές μελωδίες από ορχήστρες, χορωδίες, μικρά συγκροτήματα και σολίστ. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα που συλλαμβάνει, σε 91,30 λεπτά, όλη την ατμόσφαιρα και ζεστασιά των εορταστικών ημερών.
Μια νέα προσθήκη είναι το μουσικό ορντέβρ διάρκειας 10-15 λεπτών με σύντομες εισηγήσεις από τον παρουσιαστή.
Από τον Ιανουάριο θα αποφασιστεί νέα ημέρα και ώρα, σε απόλυτο συντονισμό με τα άλλα ποικίλα προγράμματα και υποχρεώσεις του Μουσείου.
Η πιο εύκολη είσοδος είναι από την πύλη της ΧΑΝΘ. Στο ισόγειο του Μουσείου λειτουργεί καφέ-μπαρ.
Η είσοδος πάντα ελεύθερη.

Υπαίθρια έκθεση γλυπτών
του Xu Hongfei στη Θεσσαλονίκη
Υπαίθρια έκθεση γλυπτών του Xu Hongfei, Προέδρου της Ακαδημίας Γλυπτικής της πόλης Κουανγκτσόου (Guangzhou) της Κίνας, διοργανώνει η Ένωση Κινέζων Ελλάδας υπό την αιγίδα του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης, στη Νέα Παραλία, στον χώρο δίπλα από τον Λευκό Πύργο (πίσω από το Βασιλικό θέατρο).
Στα εγκαίνια της έκθεσης, που θα πραγματοποιηθούν την Τρίτη 18 Δεκεμβρίου 2018, στις 16.00, θα παραστούν ο Δήμαρχος Θεσσαλονίκης, Γιάννης Μπουτάρης, ο ίδιος ο καλλιτέχνης Xu Hongfei, καθώς και ο Πρόεδρος της Ένωσης Κινέζων Ελλάδος, Li Fengping.
Συνολικά θα τοποθετηθούν 15 γλυπτά, τα πέντε πίσω από το Βασιλικό θέατρο και τα υπόλοιπα 10 στον Προβλήτα Α΄ του Ο.Λ.Θ., τα οποία θα παραμείνουν στους χώρους έως τις 24 Δεκεμβρίου 2018.
Ο διεθνούς φήμης γλύπτης, Xu Hongfei, προβάλλει ανά τον κόσμο με τις εκθέσεις του τον κινεζικό πολιτισμό, καθώς και την παράδοση της ιδιαίτερης πατρίδας του, της Κουανγκτσόου (ή Καντόνας).
Συνολικά έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί 28 εκθέσεις του σε διεθνές επίπεδο, ενώ, μεταξύ άλλων, έργα του παρουσιάστηκαν το 2015 στο Μιλάνο, στο πλαίσιο της έκθεσης EXPO, στην οποία ο Xu Hongfei υπήρξε ο τιμώμενος καλλιτέχνης.
Η έκθεση αποτελεί μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία «διαλόγου» δύο εκ των αρχαιότερων πολιτισμών στον κόσμο, του ελληνικού και του κινεζικού, ενώ ενισχύει την πολιτιστική και καλλιτεχνική επικοινωνία της Θεσσαλονίκης και της Κουανγκτσόου.

«Επί πτερύγων Αγγέλων»

Το Σάββατο, 22 Δεκεμβρίου θα παρουσιαστεί και το βιβλίο του, “Ωριμάζει μέσα μου ο Παπαδιαμάντης” των εκδόσεων Λογείον.
Ο Στέλιος Κούκος, μετά τον παρατεταμένο θερινό ελλιμενισμό των εικαστικών καραβιών του στην “Ζώγια”, επιστρέφει «Επί πτερύγων Αγγέλων» στον ίδιο χώρο, αναζητώντας επί γης ουρανό για τους Αγγέλους του.
Άλλωστε τις μέρες αυτές ανοίγουν οι ουρανοί και η γη επικοινωνεί με τα σύμπαντα, τα ανείδωτα, τα υπερκόσμια.
Πρόκειται για σχήματα αγγέλων, γραμμένα με μαύρο μελάνι, που όσο και αν μοιάζουν με χαρακτικά αποτελούν “μοναδικές” φιγούρες, που επιχειρούν να μεταφέρουν επί χάρτου την ειρήνη, και εν ανθρώποις την ευδοκία.
Με σημεία και σύμβολα διανθισμένοι, οι «Άγγελοι» του Στέλιου Κούκου, αποτελούν ένα εικαστικό εργόχειρο, που φιλοδοξεί να σμιλεύσει τον καιρό και συγχρόνως να αποκομίσει και να αποδώσει μια γεύση από την ενότητα που προσφέρει η έκφραση της δημιουργίας και της τέχνης.
Και βέβαια πάντα πεντζικικά και παιδιόφραστα. Κάτι σαν μέθοδος και στάση ζωής σε έναν κόσμο θρυμματισμένο. Και ταυτόχρονα μια μικρή πανήγυρη των σημείων και των συμβόλων που επιχειρούν την εγκαρδιότητα και κατά συνέπεια την συγκρότηση των πάντων σε εικόνα μία.
Οι “Άγγελοι” θα εκτίθενται στην «Ζώγια» (Αλεξάνδρου Σβώλου 54, Θεσσαλονίκη) από 18 Δεκεμβρίου 2018 έως 2 Ιανουαρίου 2019.
Η έκθεση είναι αφιερωμένη στην μνήμη των:
Μενέλαου (Μένιου) Ξανθάκη και Κρίτωνα Σαλπιγκτή.
Παράλληλη παρουσίαση βιβλίου
Στο πλαίσιο της εικαστικής έκθεσης και στον ίδιο χώρο, το Σάββατο 22 Δεκεμβρίου, στις 19.00, θα παρουσιαστεί το βιβλίο του Στέλιου Κούκου, «Ωριμάζει μέσα μου ο Παπαδιαμάντης» των εκδόσεων Λογείον.
Για το βιβλίο θα μιλήσουν οι: Στέλιος Παπαθανασίου (συγγραφέας), Διονύσης Στεργιούλας (συγγραφέας) και Φαίδων Χατζηαντωνίου (αρχιτέκτονας-αναστηλωτής, συγγραφέας).

Βιογραφικό
Ο Στέλιος Κούκος γεννήθηκε στη Λευκωσία και ζει στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Σπούδασε Δημόσιο Δίκαιο και Πολιτικές Επιστήμες στη Νομική Σχολή του ΑΠΘ.
Εργάστηκε ως ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός στον ραδιοφωνικό σταθμό «100,5, Λόγου και Τέχνης» του δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης και ως δημοσιογράφος στις εφημερίδες «Θεσσαλονίκη» και «Μακεδονία».
Άρθρα του δημοσιεύτηκαν στην εφημερίδα “Δημοκρατία της Κυριακής”, στην ιστοσελίδα “Πεμπτουσία”, στην μουσική ιστοσελίδα alternative.gr, στην περιοδική έκδοση “Τύρβη”, κ.α.
Εξέδωσε την ποιητική συλλογή «Πράος έρως» στις εκδόσεις Πανσέληνος και δημοσίευσε την ποιητική συλλογή «Ζώον Θαλασσινόν» στο περιοδικό Poetix.
Εξέδωσε επίσης το βιβλίο «Ωριμάζει μέσα μου ο Παπαδιαμάντης», με επιμύθιο του Θανάση Γεωργιάδη και ζωγραφιές του Χρίστου Γουσίδη στις εκδόσεις Λογείον.
Υπό έκδοση είναι τα βιβλία του: “Περί ελληνικού θέρους και μεταμορφώσεων” και “Νίκος Γαβριήλ Πεντζίκης, ενέπαιξε τον κόσμο;”.
Η πρώτη του έκθεση με τίτλο “Καραβάκια”, πραγματοποιήθηκε στη “Ζώγια” από 2 Ιουλίου έως τα μέσα Οκτωβρίου 2018.
Το τελευταίο τεύχος του λογοτεχνικού περιοδικού “Ακτή” που κυκλοφόρησε πρόσφατα, κοσμείται από τα έργα της σειράς αυτής.

Εορταστική Εκδήλωση του Προγράμματος REACT
Το πρόγραμμα REACT, που υλοποιεί ο Δήμος Θεσσαλονίκης σε συνεργασία με την Ύπατη Αρμοστεία του O.H.E για τους πρόσφυγες, διοργανώνει εορταστική εκδήλωση, την Τετάρτη 19 Δεκεμβρίου 2018 και ώρα 5:30 μ.μ. στο Φουαγιέ του Κεντρικού Δημαρχείου Θεσσαλονίκης.
Μια υπέροχη γιορτή περιμένει όλους τους ωφελούμενους του προγράμματος, όπου θα περιλαμβάνει face painting, εργαστήρι παιχνιδιών, ξωτικά, ακροβάτες και πολλά άλλα και φυσικά ο Άγιος Βασίλης θα μοιράσει δώρα σε κάθε μικρό μας φίλο.

7ος Kύκλος Eπιτάχυνσης
Την ευκαιρία σε ανθρώπους που επιθυμούν να αναπτυχθούν επιχειρηματικά, προσφέρει για μια ακόμη φορά το πρόγραμμα του OK!Thess*. Οι υποβολές για τον έβδομο κύκλο του προγράμματος επιτάχυνσης θα γίνονται ηλεκτρονικά μέσω του επίσημου ιστότοπου του ΟΚ!Τhess, ενώ θα διαρκέσουν μέχρι και την 31η Δεκεμβρίου. Τι είναι το OK!Thess;
To OK!Thess είναι η προ-θερμοκοιτίδα νέων επιχειρήσεων του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης και έχει ως σκοπό την δημιουργία και ανάδειξη μιας νέας επιχειρηματικής κοινότητας στην πόλη μέσω της υποστήριξης εκείνων που επιθυμούν να δοκιμαστούν στον επιχειρηματικό «στίβο».
Στις ομάδες που το OK!Thess φιλοξενεί προσφέρει υπερσύγχρονο χώρο και υποδομή με γρήγορο internet (100/100mbps). Επίσης, εξειδικευμένα εργαστήρια/masterclasses σε θεμελιώδη θέματα επιχειρηματικότητας, εβδομαδιαίο coaching από έμπειρα στελέχη και mentoring σε εξειδικευμένα θέματα ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες. Τρεις κύκλοι στήριξης διενεργούνται κάθε χρόνο και η ισχύουσα χρέωση είναι €150 ανά ομάδα για κάθε κύκλο. Ο κύκλος τελειώνει με το λεγόμενο Demo Day - μια ημέρα επίδειξης η οποία πραγματοποιείται τρεις φορές το χρόνο. Σ’αυτή καλούνται αφ’ ενός ενας επαρκής αριθμός επενδυτών, αφ’ ετέρου ομάδες που είναι σχετικά ώριμες για επένδυση από όλη την πόλη. Έτσι πετυχαίνουμε κρίσιμη μάζα για ένα καλύτερο match ανάμεσα στις startups και στους επενδυτές.
Μέχρι τώρα έχουν υποβληθεί περισσότερες από 140 αιτήσεις από όπου 47 ομάδες επελέγησαν και παρακολούθησαν το πρόγραμμα. Επτά ομάδες είναι ήδη στην αγορά ενώ μια από αυτές έχει ήδη πωλήσεις άνω των €100.000. Κατα την διάρκεια των έξι προηγούμενων κύκλων έμπειροι εισηγητές και mentors παρέδωσαν επιχειρηματικά εργαστήρια μεταφέροντας πολύτιμες γνώσεις από την πραγματική αγορά.
Το OK!Thess είναι ανοιχτό σε οτιδήποτε προωθεί την καινοτόμα επιχειρηματικότητα, συνεπώς υπάρχουν και δράσεις που είτε είναι ανοιχτές σε όλη την πόλη, είτε γινονται σε συνεργασία με τους ανάλογους φορείς. Σ’ αυτές τις δράσεις περιλαμβάνονται αφ’ ενός meetups που προωθούν την ανταλλαγή βέλτιστων πρακτικών σε εστιασμενους τεχνολογικούς τομείς (π.χ meetup ομάδων που χρησιμοποιούν Machine Learning, Blockchain ή άλλες τεχνολογίες) και αφ’ετέρου παρουσιάσεις οικονομικών εργαλείων όπως μικροπιστώσεις. Υπάρχουν επίσης διαγωνιστικές εκδηλώσεις, όπως το Startup Weekend ή το Match and Develop που συνδιοργανώνεται κάθε χρόνο από το OK!Thess, την Εθνική Τράπεζα και το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης.

ΑΠΟ ΦΙΛΟΛΟΓΟΣ ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΟΣ ΤΗΣ FUNNY GRANNY
Μερικές φορές πρέπει να διαθέτεις αρκετό θάρρος για να ακολουθήσεις διαφορετικό δρόμο από αυτόν που ήδη έχει προδιαγραφεί για σένα. Ξαφνικά, μπορεί να βρεθείς σε ένα σταυροδρόμι, και τότε πρέπει να επιλέξεις. Να επιλέξεις αυτό που σε κάνει πιο δημιουργικό. Που σε ηρεμεί, και που σου δημιουργεί όμορφα συναισθήματα. Σε ένα τέτοιο σταυροδρόμι βρέθηκε η Φανή Γκούντρα. Η Φανή είναι φιλόλογος και κατοικεί στην Κατερίνη. Εδώ όμως και δύο χρόνια, έχει εγκαταλείψει την μεγάλη της αγάπη, τη διδασκαλία, για μία μεγαλύτερη αγάπη της, το εργόχειρο. Η Φανή με πολύ πείσμα αφοσιώθηκε στο χόμπι της, το οποίο όπως χαρακτηριστικά μας λέει το μετέτρεψε σε βιοπορισμό.
Το όνομα του brand της, «funny granny». «Φυσικά, από τότε που θυμάμαι τον εαυτό μου, κεντάω ασταμάτητα και συλλέγω υλικά. Εδώ και χρόνια, τα δώρα σε φίλους και γνωστούς ήταν και είναι χειροποίητα. Αυτή άλλωστε ήταν και η αφορμή για να ξεκινήσει το funny granny σε συνδυασμό με την παρότρυνση των φίλων μου. Όταν λοιπόν όλο αυτό ωρίμασε μέσα μου, αποφάσισα να κάνω το επόμενο βήμα σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο. Χωρίς να το καταλάβω λοιπόν, στήθηκε ένα Brand, το funny granny, το οποίο σε δύο χρόνια αναπτύχθηκε σε μεγάλο βαθμό, αν αναλογιστεί κανείς τους δύσκολους καιρούς στους οποίους ζούμε» λέει η Φανή στο humanstories.gr και συνεχίζει: «Κάποια στιγμή, έψαχνα απεγνωσμένα ένα όνομα για το Brand μου. Έτσι, απευθύνθηκα σε έναν αγαπημένο, παλιό μου μαθητή. Ευρηματικό και καινοτόμο αρχιτέκτονα πλέον, τον Anarchitect. με σπουδαίες δουλειές και διακρίσεις σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό. Με γνωρίζει πολύ καλά. Του ζήτησα λοιπόν με τη φρεσκάδα και την εξυπνάδα που τον διακρίνει, να γίνει ο νονός του brand μου και να σχεδιάσει το λογότυπο μου. Παρόλο που δεν ασχολείται επαγγελματικά με αυτό το κομμάτι, μετά από δύο μέρες μου έστειλε ένα Mail με το λογότυπο κι έγραψε επί λέξει : «Αυτό που μπορώ να σκεφτώ για σένα, όσο σε ξέρω είναι αυτό». Και πράγματι αυτό είμαι, μια μεσήλικας που με τόλμη και χιούμορ υλοποίησα το πιο τρελό μου όνειρο. Είμαι μια funny granny με χιούμορ και αυτοσαρκασμό».
Χειροποίητα μαξιλαράκια, κεντημένα αποκλειστικά στο χέρι. Μικρά έργα τέχνης. Μικρά αριστουργήματα. Κάποια από αυτά, σε παραπέμπουν στο κοντινό παρελθόν, ενώ κάποια άλλα είναι προσαρμοσμένα στο σήμερα με στοιχεία από την παράδοση. «Πίσω από όλο αυτό, εκτός από εμένα κρύβεται η μανούλα μου, που με βοηθάει στο κέντημα. Και η φίλη μου η Σόνια, που είναι καθημερινά δίπλα μου με κάθε τρόπο. Με βοηθάει πρακτικά και ψυχοσυναισθηματικά. Για μένα την έμπνευση την φέρνει η εποχή και τα υλικά που έχω προμηθευτεί. Αν και μου αρέσουν πολύ τα παραδοσιακά μοτίβα, κάποιοι συνεργάτες μου με κατευθύνουν και θέλουν τα δικά τους customade , μοντέρνα κομμάτια. Για παράδειγμα, για να δημιουργηθούν τα χριστουγεννιάτικα κομμάτια του ΙΚΙΑ στην Κατερίνη, περάσαμε ώρες με την ιδιοκτήτρια, η οποία επέλεξε σχέδια, υφάσματα, υλικά. Προσπαθώ λοιπόν να ικανοποιώ τις ανάγκες συνεργασίας και να προσαρμόζω το είδος μου στις απαιτήσεις του χώρου με τον οποίο συνεργάζομαι. Κάθε μέρα μαθαίνω κάτι καινούριο και είμαι ανοιχτή στις προκλήσεις».
Τα δύο αυτά χρόνια του Funny granny, το brand της Φανής, έχει δεχτεί μεγάλη αγάπη. Καθημερινά λαμβάνει πολλά μηνύματα κι ενημερώνει τον κόσμο για το υπάρχον δίκτυο χονδρικής. Το πιο δύσκολο εγχείρημα της μέχρι τώρα ήταν οι τσάντες. «Μέσα στο καλοκαίρι ξεκίνησε κι ένα ακόμη εγχείρημα. Προχώρησα στη δημιουργία τσάντας σε συνεργασία με μία δημιουργό από τη Θεσσαλονίκη, τη Μαρία Σερενίδου. Προς το παρόν, οι τσάντες μου βρίσκονται σε χώρους με τους οποίους συνεργάζομαι. Έχω όμως κάποιες σκέψεις τις οποίες θα είμαι έτοιμη να ανακοινώσω σύντομα» λέει.
Η καθημερινότητα της Φανής, ξεκινά στις 8:30 π.μ. «Η μέρα μου είναι γεμάτη και βαριά. Στις 8:30 π.μ. είμαι στο δικό μου παράδεισο, στο εργαστήριο μου. Μία τσάντα για να ολοκληρωθεί χρειάζεται από 3-5 μέρες, ανάλογα με το κέντημα. Όμως για εμένα το κέντημα είναι ευχαρίστηση και ψυχοθεραπεία» εξηγεί.

Ξεκινά από σήμερα Κυριακή 16 Δεκεμβρίου το εορταστικό ωράριο λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Σύμφωνα με σχετική ανακοίνωση του Εμπορικού Συλλόγου Θεσσαλονίκης τα καταστήματα θα παραμείνουν κλειστά στις 25 και 26 Δεκεμβρίου καθώς και την Πρωτοχρονιά και την Τετάρτη 2 Ιανουαρίου.

Egypt tomb: Saqqara 'one of a kind' discovery revealed
Archaeologists in Egypt have made an exciting tomb discovery - the final resting place of a high priest, untouched for 4,400 years.
Mostafa Waziri, secretary-general of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, described the find as "one of a kind in the last decades".
The tomb, found in the Saqqara pyramid complex near Cairo, is filled with colourful hieroglyphs and statues of pharaohs. Decorative scenes show the owner, a royal priest named Wahtye, with his mother, wife and other relatives.
Archaeologists will start excavating the tomb on 16 December, and expect more discoveries to follow - including the owner's sarcophagus.
