Ο Σύλλογος Φίλων Μουσικής Θεσσαλονίκης, σε συνεργασία με το Μέγαρο Μουσικής Θεσσαλονίκης, πραγματοποιεί
φέτος την Κυριακη 1 Ιουλιου, για δεύτερη χρονιά, την επιτυχημένη «Γιορτή της πανσελήνου του καλοκαιριού»,που
περυσι συγκεντρωσε 5.000 ακροατες.
Στην πλατεία ανάμεσα στα δύο κτίρια του Μεγάρου, και κάτω από το φως του καλοκαιριάτικου φεγγαριού, ο
δημοσιογραφος και μουσικός παραγωγός Λευτέρης Κογκαλίδης θα παρουσιάσει σαν ραδιοφωνικη εκπομπη
ένα νοσταλγικο μουσικό πρόγραμμα τριών ωρών από την προσωπική του δισκοθήκη.
Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει τα πιο γνωστά ιταλικά και γαλλικά τραγούδια από το β’ μισό του 20ού αιώνα,
που τραγουδήθηκαν και χορεύτηκαν σε όλο τον κόσμο, ενώ η διαχρονική αξία τους αγγίζει ακόμη και τη
σημερινή νεολαία.
Από τις 8μμ ο Λευτέρης Κογκαλίδης, θα ξεκινήσει τη μουσική συνοδεία με τραγούδια που δεν… «χωρούν»
στο επισημο 3ωρο πρόγραμμα,που αρχιζει στις 10μμ

Φεστιβάλ Ολύμπου 2018!
47 χρόνια 47 διαφορετικές εκδηλώσεις! Ένα φεστιβάλ θεσμός της Κατερίνης, της Βόρειας Ελλάδας, της χώρας!
Ένα καλοκαίρι γεμάτο πολιτισμό: θέατρο, κινηματογράφος, μουσική, ξιφασκία στην Κατερίνη, το Αρχαίο Θέατρο Δίου, στο Κάστρο του Πλαταμώνα μέχρι και στον Παλαιό Παντελεήμονα.
Όλα αυτά είναι μόνο μερικά από όσα έχει προγραμματίσει ο Οργανισμός Φεστιβάλ Ολύμπου για τα 47 χρόνια παρουσίας του στον χώρο του πολιτισμού. Μαζί του και η Τσεχική Δημοκρατία, η τιμώμενη χώρα του φεστιβάλ για φέτος, ένα θεσμό που υιοθέτησε ο Οργανισμός από το 2010 και συνεχίζει δίνοντας ένα διαφορετικό και διεθνές άνοιγμα στο πρόγραμμα και τη φιλοσοφία του.
Όλα αυτά θα τα παρουσιάσει ο Οργανισμός, η Περιφέρεια Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας και το επίτιμο Προξενείο της Τσεχικής Δημοκρατίας στη Θεσσαλονίκη την Τετάρτη 13 Ιουνίου στις 12 το μεσημέρι στο Βασιλικό Θέατρο της Θεσσαλονίκης.

τα 8 πιο πολυτελή ξενοδοχεία στον κόσμο!
Όταν κλείνεις τις διακοπές σου, πέρα από τον προορισμό θα αναζητήσεις και το μέρος που θα μέινεις. Σίγουρα το δωμάτιο των διακοπών σου θα επηρεάσει τη διαθεσή σου, και μπορεί να μην σε ενδιαφέρει η πολυτέλεια καθώς δεν θες να μένεις στο δωμάτιο αλλά να αράζεις όλη μέρα σε μια παραλία. Δεν θα σε χάλαγε όμως να έχεις όλες τις παροχές στα πόδια σου. Ή κάνουμε λάθος;
Μπορεί λοιπόν από την μία θέλεις να κάνεις καλοκαίρι στην Ελλάδα (γιατί όπως λένε σαν την Ελλάδα πουθενά), από την άλλη ίσως είναι η μόνη περίοδος του χρόνο που μπορείς να πας για περισσότερες μέρες κάπου στο εξωτερικό.

Η θέα στο αρχιπέλαγος από το συγκεκριμένο θέρετρο στα νησιά Ανάμπας της Ινδονησίας είναι απίστευτη.
Το πολυτελές συγκρότημα διαθέτει 35 αυτόνομες σουίτες, οι οποίες περιβάλλονται από εξωτικά δέντρα ενώ σε απόσταση αναπνοής είναι η θάλασσα με τα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά και τους κοραλλιογενείς υφάλους.
Μάλιστα το Conde Nast Traveler το κατέταξε στην ίδια κλίμακα με ένα ταξίδι στις Σεϋχέλλες και τις Μαλδίβες.
- Public, Νέα Υόρκη
Άνοιξε το 2017 και είναι από τα πιο μοντέρνα και κομψά ξενοδοχεία που θα βρει κανείς στο Μανχάταν, ενώ ο κρυφός φωτισμός τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και στο εστιατόριο δίνει μία αίσθηση μυστηρίου.
Τα δωμάτια όλα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένα με δρύινα πατώματα, ενώ η θέα με τους ουρανοξύστες είναι εκπληκτική.
- Paramount House Hotel, Σίδνεϊ
Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερη μπουτίκ, όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες με 29 μόλις δωμάτια.
Οι υπεύθυνοι του ξενοδοχείου καλωσορίζουν τους επισκέπτες δίνοντάς τους μία μπύρα, ενώ σύμφωνα με όσους το έχουν ήδη επισκεφτεί, πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείου- ύμνος στον μοντερνισμό.
- The House at Beaverbrook Σάρρεϋ, Αγγλία
Πρόκειται για την πρώην βικτωριανή βίλα του Λόρδου Beaverbrook, η οποία πλέον έχει μετατραπεί σε ξενοδοχείο, διατηρώντας πολλά από τα χαρακτηριστικά της.
Εχοντας θέα τους λόφους του Surrey, οι νέοι ιδιοκτήτες φημολογείται πως ξόδεψαν 90 εκατομμύρια δολάρια προκειμένου να το ανακαινίσουν.
Πάντως πριν ανακαινιστεί, την βικτωριανή βίλα του Λόρδου είχαν επισκεφτεί ο Τσώρτσιλ, η Ελίζαμπεθ Τέιλορ, ο Ιαν Φλέμινγκ με αποτέλεσμα πλέον κάθε δωμάτιο να έχει πάρει το όνομά αυτών, αλλά και άλλων εμβληματικών φυσιογνωμιών.
- NoMad, Λος Άντζελες
Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Λος Αντζελες έχει 241 δωμάτια καθώς και ένα πολύ χλιδάτο εστιάτόριο-μπαρ και μία vintage βιβλιοθήκη. Εκεί θα εκπλαγείς μάλιστα με την ιταλική καφετέρια καθώς και την πισίνα με θέα τους ουρανοξύστες της πόλης.
- White City House, Λονδίνο
Άνοιξε φέτος και ήδη το BBC κι άλλα μεγάλα sites του Λονδίνου το έχουν κάνει θέμα.
Διαθέτει 45 δωμάτια, τα οποία χωρίζονται ανάλογα το μέγεθός τους (υπάρχουν δηλαδή μικρά και μεγάλα).
Η ρετρό αίσθηση του ξενοδοχείου είναι μοναδική όπως και η πισίνα, αλλά και το «υπόγειο» γυμναστήριο το οποίο διαθέτει τα πιο σύγχρονα μηχανήματα.

Αξιοποιειται το παλιο τελωνειο απο τον ΟΛΘ
Ανοίγει ο δρόμος αξιοποίησης του κτηρίου του Παλιού Τελωνείου στο λιμάνι της Θεσσαλονίκης, με την έγκριση του κανονισμού υποπαραχωρήσεων, από το διοικητικό συμβούλιο της ΟΛΘ Α.Ε., κατά την τελευταία συνεδρίασή του.
Ο παραπάνω κανονισμός προβλέπεται από τη σύμβαση παραχώρησης και παρέχει τη δυνατότητα στο νέο βασικό μέτοχο - τη SEGT της Κοινοπραξίας DIEP- Terminal Link- Belterra- μέσω υποπαραχωρήσεων, να αξιοποιήσει μέσω τρίτων, όχι μόνο το διατηρητέο του Παλιού Τελωνείου μα και άλλα ακίνητα από το σημαντικό κτηριακό απόθεσμα που διαθέτει ( π.χ. αποθήκες, κτίριο ΠΑΕΓΑΕ), όπως και αδόμητες εκτάσεις.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες η νέα διοίκηση της ΟΛΘ Α.Ε., ρίχνει το βάρος των προσπαθειών της στην ενίσχυση των υποδομών που εξυπηρετούν τις καθαυτό λιμενικές δραστηριότητες του ΟΛΘ και επόμενο είναι, να θελήσει να αξιοποιήσει για λόγους εξασφάλισης μελλοντικών εσόδων αλλά και περιορισμού των μη άμεσα αποδοτικών επενδύσεων, το κτηριακό απόθεμα που της έχει παραχωρηθεί με ορίζοντα το 2051.
Άλλωστε, όπως είχε πει σε πρόσφατες δηλώσεις του ο πρόεδρος και δ/νων σύμβουλος της ΟΛΘ Α.Ε. κ. Σωτήρης Θεοφάνης (εδώ ), το νέο μάνατζμεντ του ΟΛΘ βλέπει τουριστικές και μεικτές χρήσεις για το εμβληματικό διατηρητέο κτίριο που σε όλους τους Θεσσαλονικείς είναι γνωστό σαν Παλιό Τελωνείο.
Η αξιοποίηση του διατηρητέου, που σήμερα στεγάζει σε ένα μέρος του ισογείου μόνο τον επιβατικό σταθμό, ενώ το υπόλοιπο είναι εγκαταλελειμμένο για τουλάχιστον 15 χρόνια, αφημένο στις φθορές του χρόνου που προστίθενται στις ζημίες που είχε υποστεί από τον μεγάλο σεισμό του 1978 εκτιμάται ότι θα είναι μία υπόθεση υψηλού κόστους. Το ύψος της επένδυσης θα είναι μία υπόθεση αρκετών δεκάδων εκατομμυρίων και θα καθοριστεί από τις χρήσεις που θα επιλεγούν από όποιον ή όποιους αναλάβουν να αποκαταστήσουν το κτηριακό συγκρότημα, να το αναδείξουν και να το διαχειριστούν. Για το λόγο αυτό τα subconcessions εκτιμάται ότι θα αποτελέσουν μία win-win λύση.
Το λίγο-λίγο για την αποκατάσταση του κτηρίου, είχε παλαιότερα υπολογιστεί σε 10 εκατ.ευρώ, για ενίσχυση του φέροντα οργανισμού και κάποιες βελτιωτικές εργασίες. Επίσης, προ της πώλησης του 67% της ΟΛΘ Α.Ε. στην κοινοπραξία των ιδιωτών, είχε αποφασιστεί να διατεθούν περί τις 400.000 ευρώ, για επιχρίσματα και τη βαφή, εξωτερικά, του κελύφους του κτηρίου, έργο που τελικώς δεν έγινε εν όψει, τότε, της πώλησης.
Η υπόθεση αξιοποίησης του διατηρητέου, απαιτεί μεγάλη επένδυση αλλά και την ανάμειξη εταιρείας που δραστηριοποιείται στους κλάδους του τουρισμού και υπηρεσιών σχετικών με τον τουρισμό και το λιανεμπόριο. Άραγε, στο πλαίσιο μίας υποπαραχώρησης, θα εκδήλωνε κάποιο ενδιαφέρον για το Παλιό Τελωνείο, ο όμιλος του Ιβάν Σαββίδη, ο οποίος με την Belterra μετέχει στο σχήμα που εξαγόρασε το πλειοψηφικό πακέτο μετοχών του δημοσίου; Άλλωστε ο ομογενής επιχειρηματίας έχει επενδύσει στο ξενοδοχείο Makedonia Palace που διαχειρίζεται με πολυετή μίσθωση, ενώ σχεδιάζει και μεγάλη επένδυση στο Παλιούρι Χαλκιδικής.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι στο πλαίσιο των υποχρεωτικών επενδύσεων που προβλέπονται στη σύμβαση παραχώρησης του ΟΛΘ, περιλαμβάνεται κονδύλιο 20 εκατ. ευρώ που αφορά την αποκατάσταση του διατηρητέου όπως ενδεχομένως και άλλων κτηρίων του λιμένα.
Η ιστορία και το παρόν του Παλιού Τελωνείου
Το διατηρητέο κτήριο, στο οποίο όλοι αναφέρονται σαν "Παλιό Τελωνείο", καλύπτει 12.247 τ.μ. πάνω σε έκταση γης 5.059 τ.μ. Βρίσκεται μεταξύ του 1ου και 2ου προβλήτα, ενώ η πλευρά που βλέπει προς την θάλασσα έχει την δική της αποβάθρα (κρηπιδώματα 4 - 8). Το κτίριο είναι στην περιοχή που σήμερα εξυπηρετεί την ακτοπλοΐα και την κρουαζιέρα, με την λειτουργία και του επιβατικού σταθμού ( σε ισχύ ο κώδικας ασφαλείας ISPS).
Το εμβληματικό αυτό κτίσμα, που θεμελιώθηκε το 1910 και ήταν το πρώτο που κατασκευάστηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη με οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα, πέρασε από το ΥΠΟΙΚ στην Εταιρεία Ακινήτων Δημοσίου (ΕΤ.Α.Δ.). Το οικοδόμημα αποτελείται από τρία κτίρια των τριών ορόφων, με τα δύο ακραία να ενώνονται με το κεντρικό με διώροφα κτίρια/κατασκευές. Να σημειωθεί ότι το κεντρικό κτίριο, στο οποίο στεγάζονταν μέχρι το 2001 η Διεύθυνση Τελωνείων και το Α'Τελωνείο, ξεχωρίζει εξωτερικά από την ιδιαίτερη κεραμοσκεπή του και, εσωτερικά, από το μεγάλο σκεπαστό αίθριο που διαθέτει.
Στο ανατολικό κτίσμα, μεταξύ των ετών 1965-1985 λειτουργούσε η γερμανική βιοτεχνία ετοίμων ενδυμάτων Rheiner, η οποία έφυγε από την χώρα μας όταν άλλαξε το φορολογικό καθεστώς.
To νεοκλασικό κτήριο του Παλιού Τελωνείου αποτελεί χαρακτηριστικό τοπόσημο της ευρύτερης περιοχής του λιμένα και οπωσδήποτε θα παίξει καθοριστικό ρόλο σε οποιοδήποτε σχέδιο αναβάθμισης της χερσαιας έκτασης του ΟΛΘ.

Φυσικά καλλυντικά : Παρασκευή Αντικουνουπικού
Η θερμοκρασία ανεβαίνει και οι ενοχλητικοί εισβολείς κάνουν την εμφάνισή τους.
Φέτος θα αναχαιτίσουμε τα κουνούπια με τον πιο αποτελεσματικό, φυσικό και υγιεινό τρόπο.
Για να απωθήσουμε και να εξαφανίσουμε τον εφιάλτη του κνησμού και της κοκκινίλας από τα τσιμπήματα των κουνουπιών, δεν είναι ανάγκη να επισκεφτούμε τα ράφια των σούπερ μάρκετ. Αρκεί να επισκεφτούμε το φαρμακείο της φύσης, που είναι λύση αποτελεσματική - οικολογική & οικονομική.
Μαζί θα φτιάξουμε τα δικά μας αντικουνουπικά για να προστατέψουμε την επιδερμίδα μας ανέξοδα και με φιλικό τρόπο χρησιμοποιώντας φυσικά υλικά.

Το εργαστήρι παρασκευής φυσικών αντικουνουπικών θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε μία τρίωρη συνάντηση, τη Δευτέρα 18 Ιουνίου, από 19.00 – 22.00 και το κόστος του είναι 23 ευρώ (45 ευρώ για συμμετοχή και στο εργαστήρι παρασκευής φυσικών αντιηλιακών και after sun, που θα γίνει τη Δευτέρα 25 Ιουνίου, 19:00-22:00 / 40 ευρώ για φοιτητές / άνεργους).
Όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες θα παίρνουν τα προϊόντα που παρασκευάστηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια του εργαστηρίου.
